If you google "sportsbook complaint" the #1 hit is SBR. Many who are feel wronged by sportsbooks will make their way here...so not surprising that many complaining posters will be newbies.

well I think in many cases it is because people that are more serious about betting are just used to the level of customer service they get. Even if you look at the top books (e.g. 5 Dimes) I can't imagine companies treating customers that way to be succesful in any other area. Moreover one of the biggest betting site is scummy as hell bwin which steals people money all the time. Thanks to tons of goverments making betting illegal we have 0 customer protection in the industry and there are tons of bookies making bank by constantly scuming people.

What you guys do not see are many complaints are from scammers, many involve multiple names trying to collect bonuses, we catch them all. Now the legit complaints SBR solves, SBR monitored 24 hrs a day for scamming.
