BookMaker Deposit Bonuses

I made a $100 deposit into BookMaker this weekend. If you deposit using the online system you are supposed to receive a 10% freeplay. I was told that there was no record of my bonus request. This is the second time this has happened. Be aware that BookMaker is not giving out the bonuses that they advertise.

bookmaker's customer service is horrible......takes too long to get paid.....very expensive....poker room is rigged.....but good live betting and big limits.
