Excluding ppl from loyalty program appears to be pretty common practice for them. Removing points already earned seems kind of low though.

Erasing 14,000 points is like swiping $75 from your account. What was the reason given for theiractions? And how much was your withdrawal? The least they could do is process your Withdrawal for free $5k- $8k to Neteller if 12,500 is you were platinum.

Does DSI do BTB transfers with any non-sister books? EG 5Dimes or Heritage?

payout request was for 8k (USD)

Me: ok another question, my loyality points have disappeared
Cristina: Your account has been disabled from the Loyalty Program as you are considered a non recreational player.
Me: but why do you took away the points i already received?
Cristina: The BetPoints are part of the Loyalty Program. Your account is no longer part of this program.
Me: but if you took away 15000 points its the same then took away 100 Euro
Me: its ok if i no longer receiving them in the future
Me: but took away existing points is unacceptable
Cristina: Those points could only be exchanged if you are in the Loyalty Program.
Cristina: We apologize for the inconvenience.

Who cares if you're considered a non recreational player most likely you are doing well there and shouldn't be concerned about exchanging bet points. Most books would of canned you already from betting if they considered you this . Take it as a compliment and stop whining. Guarantee if you leave and go to another book you'll probably be limited pretty quick
