Thanks for the response. I'll pass it on. It's a fair enough rule for the sportsbook but an odd one for the casino. However, if that's the way it is, c'est la vie; I never play them at US books so no clue what's standard or otherwise.

Casino bets do count toward the RO.I have played a fair amount of video poker lately. You have to call them to find out how much you have wagered as it isnt viewable from the website(sports bets and racing bets are)

Yeah, I think the point is that they apply the risk/win rule to the casino, so wager £1,000 on a hand of blackjack, lose it, it counts £0 toward the rollover. Which seems harsh, but if that's the norm for US casinos then so be it.

Yeh its tough. As I said before. I'm waiting on there paper payout (for the max) right now and its day 27 with no update on if it was sent out yet or not (went to processed on the 5th of June), but it is what it is. I wasn't going to get hit with a $270 fee to take out $3,000 so went the long wait way for a much lesser fee, $65 and they do even say on there site it MAY take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Chew, with your example given, I can't see how $0 would be applied. Maybe later I'll look on the website.

Actually to be honest I really don't because I hate using the "normal" way to withdrawal if you guys know what I mean. I want to do every thing and any thing in my power to not get banned from those two "normal" ways of moving money around so using them as least as possible is what I try to do.

I had about $15,000 in Legendz (GBP equivalent) when the site got clobbered overnight. I did all turnover in the casino to get out of Wagerweb as quickly as possible and ended up around even playing JoB. Received all of my money via Eastern Divide as promised. Customer service was very helpful. Don't have any complaints whatsoever, aside from the withdrawal fees that were imposed on me without notice, but it's better than all of the money going up in smoke.

So in the end I lost 13% or so on the money when processing fees and exchange rate are factored in, but bizarrely happy with the outcome.
