Problems with Heritage cash back bonus...
Has anyone with Heritage, think that they didnt receive all thier money on thier cash back program ? it is a good bonus, and a great way to get back some of your loses. However the last quarter Jan. thru Mar. I only received a quarter of my usual cash back. Not to mention that I wagered the same way with MORE money. Heritage response was that they dont keep records of wagers or deposits. They delete them after a week...I know sportsbooks keep these things on file due to fraudulent claims, but I guess Heritage is different..... Has anyone else run into this problem ???

#1 In this age of cheap computer memory, records are kept on everything. Now maybe the first tier of customer service does not have carte blanche in accessing every single move a customer does but it has to be recorded for collusion, steam, professional play claims, and etc.

#2 Heritage has a handy tracker in the upper right hand of the members homepage which breaks down the cash back program in qualifying full-bets, half-bets, and etc.

#3 Any internet wagerer that is serious or that likes money has a record of every bet that he/she has made online. if you dont then you are asking for this sort of thing to happen.

#4 Posting about it on a forum while helpful in garnering you an answer is not the most proactive approach in dealing with this book. Heritage has earned their positive image and is attentive of it. My advice is not to push to hard in the forums...it may cost you your account

#5 A polite patient apporach is the way to go. Ask for a supervisor..state your problem/issue/concern politely and wait. The upper levels of customer service is outstanding at heritage.

    good luck

The wager tracker breaks down the type of wagers, so its pretty easy to calculate. Maybe your amount of bets never exceeded 150 which would have kept the multiplier at the lower .04%. My understanding is its based on amount of bets 1st and then volume. Mine has always been pretty accurate.

Perhaps you made a lot more wagers that were only half-eligible?

Bullshit.... all action is archived. CSD may only be able to go back a couple weeks or a month but that database goes back years which managers can see usually and if they decide to clean it (the data base) then it is archived to a hard copy....

This is the chat where thier saying that they dont keep records of wagers and deposits...

12:24:29 [Jackie] Thank you for contacting Heritage Sports, how may I help you today?
12:26:31 [410733] I would like to see a record of my old deposits, going back to September of 2012 ?
12:26:55 [Jackie] We do not have further records sir
12:28:46 [410733] So you dont keep records of Deposits or wagers ?
12:28:57 [Jackie] No sir, unfortunately not
12:31:19 [410733] All sportsbooks keep this kind of information, in case of any problems with banks, due to deposit issues such as fraud.
12:31:40 [Jackie] We do not keep that information sir
12:35:59 [410733] are you aware that for every wager or deposit the client make, Heritage sends a e-mail to the client for confirmation of wagers and deposits ?
12:36:33 [Jackie] Yes sir, you can keep track of this, but we do not keep old records
12:38:27 [410733] You would have this also in your old e-mails, in the sent files...thats the way e-mails work.
12:39:13 [Jackie] All this information is deleted, that is the reason why the information is sent to you to keep track sir
12:40:32 [410733] so the further, Heritage goes back is a week or two ?
              12:40:43 [Jackie] That is correct
12:41:53 [410733] thanks for the information and your time..
12:42:00 [Jackie] You're welcome! Have a great day!

The furthest back you can view on your account is 14 days.

I find it real hard to believe that they can't view your entire account history behind the scenes if need be. It's probably on some type of external backup tape, etc. and just not easy for them to do unless there is a major reason.

Edit: not to mention that they have a program in which if you lose 7 deposits in a row, your 8th deposit is free (an average of your previous 7 deposits).
There is no time constraint on this. If you make 7 deposits over the course of 6 weeks they definitely know the dates and the amounts longer than 14 days ago in order to credit people for this promotion.

I find it even harder to believe that a bettor would not log his own bets. Databases, spreedsheets, and memory are cheap.
