    Choosing a Sportsbook
Hey, I just turned 21 and and am a newbie to organized gambling . I live in the United states. some people say online betting is illegal in the US. and Other say its not. I was just wondering which it was. And also, What other U.S residents think is the best website for U.S gamblers to use?... I have heard of Bookmaker...Is this a viable choice for a U.S player?

Thanks alot for helping me out

Bookmaker should be fine, I personally use DSI primarily (which is a sister company of bookmaker). 5dimes I can also personally vouch for as being good. Any A rated book here will pay.
As far as online gambling, you as an individual are fine, it is the banks transferring money who are in the grey area of the law.

Out of 5dimes BEtDsi or bookmaker .... which book would you say would fit my needs best. in terms of a minimum deposit. As I am usually going to be making small deposits of 50-100 $ .

I have not personally used bookmaker, but have heard good things about them.

At those amounts probably 5dimes, due to the reduced juice, and free payouts once a month. DSI I like due to the loyalty points, but those don't accumulate to much unless you are betting thousands a week.

In terms of reliability DSI quite easily. Occasionally 5d's site gets overloaded, some say their mirrors works fine most of the time the main site is having issues, but personally I feel like I shouldnt have to go through various mirror sites. Interface wise is personal preference I guess, I probably prefer 5d, but neither is a favorite of mine in that category.

I started with DSI and have never had trouble figuring out what/finding what I want to bet. I've used DSI more so I will give them the edge in reliability.

No legal troubles at all, there were rumors of one man getting in legal trouble for cashing hundreds of thousands of dollars in checks, but even that was misdemeanor and unsubstantiated from what I have seen.

Just do person to person and I would go 5dimes because your money will last a lot longer.
