Looks like Sbr is no longer interested in this complaint.
So this is my personal diary of betonlines no pay.

What happened so far:
August 21: payout requested for a 15k wire
September 25: SBR complaint form filled.
Lou answered: We were told BetOnline had to confirm your banking information. You will be contacted by a manager today and your payout should be received in five business days from that point.

Still no payment

the unbelievable happened:
Day 50: payment arrived

Only $14,940 instead of 15k, I paid a $75 fee for the wire, so i think BO should cover the fees, or?
My bank doesn´t charge me a fee.

However, i´m happy so far

Yeah. Congrat. I got my $$$ from BetOnline today too. If they just pay in a timely manner there will be less headache and bad press for them. And of course less works, stress, worry for their clients too.

Looks like all the previous hassle with my betonline payout starts from the beginning:

It is possible they using player balance to operate daily business expense, and likely pay each other ridiculous amountof money monthly like FullTilt. The CEO/President getting handsome paycheck so is the people underneath him so everyone is happy but they having problem coming up with fund to paid players, so the stall tactics continue until new funds is coming in. Those company using stall tactic likely won't survive, they likely crash sooner than later because the hole is getting bigger.

I been in the internet gambling over 10yrs, I have experience with delay cashout with bayou poker part of Ongame network and they when under soon as people report cashout delay. There is delay cashout at Fulltilt and many complain about ban and balance confiscation at Fulltill, I never had over $100 on there. I think there is a professional poker player name Blair Hinkle who won the major tournament over 1 millions on Fulltilt, he couldn't even cashout 8g+ a day, they use all kind of stall tactic on him.

I think the world can only support so many legit sportbooks, not all will survive. The sad true is many will steal from their client to stay a float. I just hope legit company like pokerstars open a sportbook soon like party poker. We need more people come out to report slow payout, or refuse payout due to ridiculous roll over rules.

I had send the documents at 11-22 and now they trie to tell me they haven't received anything yet.
As GigaOuts says, the stall tactic continues.
This book is a neverending nightmare.

Well...they are an advertiser and YPS did get a good size payout after all... at least they cant say they dont have his correct information to process this withdrawal since they recently paid him. YPS keep us posted, would like to hear how this one goes...

This is so not professional for offshore books to operate. Think I"ll continue penny action until things start to look up. Can"t help but be cautious. Theres always "VEGAS"

This is really discouraging. Thank you for taking the time to share your story, thus saving others the same frustration you're experiencing. I considered using this book and depositing a large sum (large to me anyway), and will now stay away. I wanted to take advantage of the fact that they release CBB totals on every game. They are the only book I know of that does this. The slow pay / no pay stories make this even more perplexing. CBB totals are notoriously soft, yet they expose themselves to every game on the board at 9:45 AM Daily. Bookmaker and pinny don't even do that. If they can't pay people, it is even more alarming that they'd take on the additional risk. Maybe they immediately limit people, but it is troubling all together. Best of luck YPS.

To add to my previous post. With all the rumors of their financial trouble, a no-pay scam or ponzi is the only explanation I can come up with for taking on the additional risk in a soft market. Any way to attract larger bettors, to deposit, and fund the troubled business. I am sure there are people who will say, "they're good to go, I got paid". Everyone is rock solid until they're not.
