Play #216: [Italy Serie A] Sampdoria vs. A.S. Roma OVER 2.5 (-108) Sampdoria has been leaking goals of late, conceding 9 in their last four league matches. At home, they have been able to get on the scoreboard with at least one goal in 7 of 8. They have let in at least a goal in 5 of 8 at home. Roma on the road attracts goals where they have scored and conceded in 11 of 12 overall. Their road matches average 3.38 goals. In Serie A play, Roma has scored & conceded in all 8 matches and have seen totals of 3 or more in 6 of those 8. Roma has scored multiple goals in 3 of their last 5 in the league. While Sampdoria has struggled of late for goals, this is the time for them to potentially get some as they remain muddled in mid-table with teams like Roma. With the form of both at home & away, looks like Roma has the potential to net several goals today and Sampdoria should be able to take advantage of Roma's road woes on defense to possibly get one or more themselves. Been a good battle of words between Totti for Roma and his former mate, Cassana who is on Sampodoria. Hopefully that leads both to producce some offensive fireworks!

That's alright man, looks like you missed out on a loser here. Scoreless in the 60th minute. Suppose a loss was due. Still time, but I gotta think the world is bound to balance out with a loser.

Scoreless draw would not have been the favorite prediction for that one. That's where it's headed in the closing minutes.

Kara,
I don't think any sane being would have predicted a goalless draw in a Sampdoria/Roma game. My lean was also on the Over.

Play #217: [Romania Liga 1] Unirea Urziceni vs. FC Politehnica Iasi OVER 2.5 (+105) This doesn't look bad with the price being a solid plus here. Urziceni averages 1.71 goals per home match, conceding 0.71. Politehnica gives up over 2 goals per road match and averages just under 1 goal. Urziceni has scored 9 goals in their last 5 matches in all competitions and at home in Liga 1, they have 10 goals in their last 4. They have conceded 5 goals in that stretch. 3 of their last 5 in Liga 1 have hit for at least three goals. Politehnica has a couple shutouts in their last 3 in league play, but those came at home where they have yielded just 6 goals compared to 2nd worst in the league with 17 allowed on the road. In 8 road matches this season, Politehnica has allowed multiple goals 6 times. They have also gotten on the scoresheet 6 out of 8. With Urziceni in solid goal scoring form (2 goals or better in 3 straight) and Politehnica's shady road defense, it looks like mutiple goals could be in store for the home side today. If Politehnica can get on the board, then this will get done. If not, Urziceni still has a shot to get it done by themselves. Motivation should be the key here and Urziceni hopefully has had enough time to get over falling short in the Champions League. If they have, they should put on a good show, if not then a sluggish low scoring affair will screw this up! Wouldn't go too heavy on this, but think it has a legit shot.

Good Luck EP, can't pull the trigger on that one. I was hoping you would take the over in the Israel Toto Game to get me off the fence. Neither team in that game usually scores much, but against each other they scored 8 & 4 the last 2 games.

Looked at that one, exact same thoughts as you. I think I've bet on one Israel match it ended up 0-0 or 1-0 and I think it was involving this Tel Aviv. Can't do it, but on a slow Monday it's all a coin flip isn't it?

Play #218: [English Premier] Bolton vs. West Ham OVER 2.5 (-109) Like this one as I think the price is a little soft because of West Ham's last match, a 1-0 loss to Birmingham. Otherwise, West Ham has been one of the best goal magnets in the EPL. Prior that that result, West Ham's last 12 matches in all competitions had gone to totals of at least three goals. On the road, they have yielded multiple goals in 5 of their last 6. That includes 3 to Bolton in Carling Cup play. 4 of their last 5 in the EPL on the road have hit for at least three goals. Bolton comes in off a three goal performance at home against Manchester City. At home, they have been hit or miss. Hitting multiple goals in 4 matches and being shutout in three others. Altogether, they have scored in 4 of their last 5. Bolton has given up 32 goals on the season, while West Ham has conceded 31 - both rank in the bottom 5 in the EPL. Bolton has yielded the 2nd most home goals in the league with 18. With all that, seems very solid that both teams hit the scoresheet today and with both having some defensive lapses at times, that third goal should be just a mistake away!

Two things scare me off this one - and i don't like the price here given that 7 of the last 11 meetings at the reebok have been under, add in that from a combined 16 games - 8 home for bolton, 8 away for west ham, they have scored a combined 20 goals.
3 of west ham's 9 away goals were by cole and noble - who both miss out. Dare i say the under is where the value lies? (imo)

I ain't skerd, 27 goals given up by these two combined in their last 10 matches. Offenses might not be great, but the defenses are bad.

Guess you were right Smogs. No score at the half. I'm on a poor run across the board. I'll win a couple then lose like four straight. Pains me to think how much I was up a couple days ago compared to where I've gone in just a few days. Oh well, happens all the time!

Be more selective with your plays bro. That is what I do when I lose like 2-3 in a row. BOL!

Oh Daddy do like it when a plan comes together! Got this mutha trucka with three in the 2nd half. SRBI, my problem isn't so much selectivity, it's that when I get up big, I pick a point where I think I can double my bet size on one of my "best bets" of a day or group of days and normally, they suck. I usually amp up my bet size slowly in building my bank roll, but once I get a good chunk. it's like telling a fat kid he can have a cupcake ... it tastes good, but the fat fukka wants a big cake next not another cupcake.

Play #19: [England Premier] Tottenham vs. Manchester City OVER 2.5 (-127)
Tottenham is looking to bounce back from their embarassing loss to Wolverhampton. Good news is they face a Manchester City side that has given up 10 goals in its last 5 EPL matches. On the road, City has scored and conceded at least one goal in 7 of 8. They have conceded multiple goals in 5 of 8 road matches and scored multiple goals in 4/8. Tottenham at home has been either lights out or shut out in their last 5. In three matches, they scored 16 goals and were shut out in the other two. They have scored at least one goal at home in 6/8 and conceded in the same. Seems likely that the Spurs will be aggressive after their poor performance against the Wolves, so I'd expect they will get on the scoresheet an with City's road form, seems likely they get one in the net too with a strong possibility that one or both clubs can find multiple goals. Also, the last five times they have met at Tottenham, the final has been 2-1 in favor of the Spurs.
Play #220: [England Premier] Liverpool vs. Wigan Athletic OVER 2.5 (-136) Liverpool is another squad that should be overly aggressive after falling to Arsenal over the weekend and desperately searching for points. Liverpool will hope Fernando Torres can get this team back scoring lots of goals. Home cooking should help as Liverpool have tallied 13 goals in their last 5 at home, while conceding 7. Wigan has given up multiple goals in 3 of their last 4 overall, including the huge 9 goal performance to Tottenham and two each to Stoke & Birmingham. They have conceded multiple goals in 6 of 8 on the road this season & have scored at least once in 6 of 8 as well. Seems likely that both teams find the back of the net and this could be another one with multiple goals for both squads.

Yes, BetPhoenix. I'd highly suggest it if you like betting soccer. Easy funding option too in ewallet express. With the chalk high on the 2.5 lines, parlaying the two together isn't a bad option. Too bad Bookmaker doesn't have those 2.5/3 split lines, you can get those still at a decent price.

betpheonix has ewallet? nice...thats the main reason why i use bookmaker because they have that aswell. i dont know many other books that use it either. ewallet is excellent for online interac, they charge maybe a 1.50 for any email transfer.
im going to look into joining betpheonix...i just put a small 1 unit parlay on the two overs..goodluck

Stick that in your crack pipe and smoke it! Both cash in the 90th minute, I hit them as singles, as a parlay and I hit them as part of a 3 team in the SBR sportsbook. Bloody good show and now I can go puke out back from the nerves!

Man I prefer to think it was payback for shitty decisions I made in other sports. I got a late goal in the Marseilles/Florent match to cash an over instead of a push and then these two, so all in all I feel good especially after a crappy morning playing Euro hoops.
