Fix problem in the sportsbook

If something has a limit in the sportsbook to win, for example 100 and the odds are -250 and you risk 100 to win 40, it then won't let you do to win another 60 or risk another 150. It locks you out.

EDIT: it is now set up as it should be you should be able to bet the full limit size now, let me know if you still encounter problems, it may not let you with already pending bets.
