I would like to suggest that for all SBR contests the deadline for making picks be changed to 15 minutes before the game starts. POST IT IN BIG PRINT A FEW PLACES ON THE PAGE SO THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT.
That way participants in a contest, if they're so inclined, can see who the hot cappers are on and tail them with their books. Also, and it may be this way already, only contest participants should be able to look at picks in a contest.
This extra reason for entering a contest might compel a few more contestants.
