#74This means nothing to me.....We all know Zimmerman got roughed up a little in the fight
You keep saying following someone at night isn't illegal.....Technically you're right.......But in the real world, anyone with half a brain realizes that a stranger following someone at night will almost always directly lead to a physical altercation if they get close enough......And that is why I blame Zimmerman, its really simple as that
Since it is required that we be able to prove that Zimmerman confronted Trayvon in order to charge him with a crime (let alone convict him guilty) and you suggest that Trayvon attacked him because he got too close than you can avoid looking like a moron by telling us just how close zimmerman got before he was attacked.
Why was Zimmerman able to get within (Insert MLD's bullshit here) feet of Trayvon?
His GF was on the phone when he asked Zimmerman why he was following him and Trayvon was not running when GZ caught up to him.
If Trayvon had a running start on a fat guy like GZ, how come he was not at home 2 minutes after GZ ended the 911 call?
Zimmerman was heard walking fast on the phone with the dispatcher for a good minute and than stayed on the line for another 2 minutes and you could tell he was no longer running. Trayvon should have had so much of a head start that Zimmerman would have to be chasing him for a good minute trying to catch up which does not fit with the 9-1-1 call times and the gunshot time.
*****And you killed your own argument there. Yes it is not illegal to follow someone and therefore Trayvon had no right to attack him like you suggest.Comment -

#75Hey, all I know is if I follow someone at night for whatever reason in a semi-threatening manner (I'm sure Zimmerman wasn't following Trayvon to say Hi) and then end up shooting and killing them I will expect and should go to jail for a while
Even if I follow them then they charge at me......It was my fault in the first place for following someone for no reason when I know that it will almost certainly lead to violence
Done arguing, will stand on thisComment -

And yes we do not have proof that Trayvon turned around to attack GZ but what US citizens who are not idiots understand is that the burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove that GZ's story is not the truth.
So please for fukks sake answer the question I asked you 100 fukkin times!!!!!!
Do you have evidence to prove that George Zimmerman did not go back towards his truck after the dispatcher told him not to pursue?????
No "If I......", "Possibly........", "probably.......", "maybe........", or any other explanation that is not supported by evidence that has been made available.
If you can not offer evidence to support your claim that Zimmerman hunted Trayvon down than please just go away!!!!!!Comment -

If Zimmerman did not provoke the altercation and Trayvon attacked him and he reasonably thought he was going to suffer great injury, he is justified.
If Zimmerman did provoke but reasonably thought he was going to suffer great injury and tried to get away or stop the altercation and Trayvon wouldn't, then he is justified.
Only thing that matters is what the law is, not your perception of what the law should be. Zimmerman could be guilty but he could also be innocent. People should support him getting a fair trial based on the facts and laws of Florida.
Someone already lost their life, people are outraged by this, however they are willing to take another person's life without knowing the facts. People like this are no better than what you think Zimmerman is. You are profiling him based on your own perception of the information, without knowing the truth of the situation, and are willing to ruin his life on this alone.Comment -

#80Thanks baskets
Hey I was standing outside somebodys house tonight in the pouring rain just checking out their house for no particular reason and the owner actually came outside and looked at me strange (semi-threatening as a poster stated earlier) so I knocked him down and then kicked his skull in, he had a gun with him but he knew better than to use it to defend himself bc Im black and hed end up allover the news like Zimmerman. I think I killed the cracker bc he had blood pouring out of his head from smashing his head against the pavement but he knew what would happen if he came outside and looked at me so his fault obviously, he gave me that look white ppl give ya when you've got your pants around your ankles staring at their houses on a rainy night like they're suspicious of ya, I mean what am I supposed to do just take that semi-threatening look? **** no!Comment -

#81Yea, cause TM was on Zimmerman's property........???
Not going to bother arguing because what you're saying is not the case.....TM was walking home, not scoping out houses (Atleast thats what I heard....gimmie the source for him scoping out houses and I will concede)
If Zimmerman went back to his truck, then how did the physical altercation happen in the first place?
I would never follow anyone at night that I didn't know on foot, you are basically asking for trouble by doing this.....If I thought they were suspicious I would call the cops and keep an eye on them from my house or even just in my car.
Plus573: Solid post......I am just arguing for what I believe personally, not by Florida law.......I am not sure what will happen in the trial, and I guess we should all just wait and see all of the evidence presented.
BUT, my own personal opinion is that Zimmerman did provoke the altercation EVEN IF Trayvon threw the first punch, simply because he was following some kid in a threatening manner (most likely)......It is not unreasonable to assume many people would react with violence if they were being followed by a stranger at night, not just "thugs"........Furthermore, Zimmerman should have done all that he could to retreat before using deadly force, and we will probably never know if his life was actually in real dangerComment -

#87It amazes me how much race divides opinions on the these cases, I mean like the OJ case he had a history (and plenty of police photos) of how he had literally beaten the shit out of her on multiple occasions yet the blacks couldnt possibly believe he would hurt her despite all the evidence pointing to one man and him jumpin in his white bronco and makin a run for the border...no all that must be a mistake it MUST be whitey tryin to railroad blackie again
Black folks let me tell ya, if we wanted to get rid of ya all we'd have to do is cut off welfare, it wouldnt take some secret conspiracy to bring down a janitor making 8 bucks an hour with 15 kids. Without whitey the blacks would be dead in a yearComment -

All MLK ever asked for was for blacks to be treated equally, the US has gone above and beyond that and has given these people all kinds of tools to advance themselves in life but yet they choose to act like spoiled children and continue begging for more and more. I agree if the US were to ever do away with the welfare system and the countless other programs put in place to help blacks evolve like all other races have, black society would become extinct.
It is amazing illegal aliens in this country are not eligible for any of the welfare or many other benefits blacks get and yet they are living better than most blacks. Asian and middle eastern have come over here and started from the ground up and have evolved to where they are but yet blacks still remain at the bottom of the food chain. As long as blacks want to make a living begging for sympathy and handouts they will never evolve from being bottom feeders.Comment -

#89MLK rolling in his grave?
you joking?
he set about the destruction of the planet. ****** are no longer in check b/c of MLK.... and now you see what they do of their own volition. they cannot live in a civilized society. that's the bottom line.
it's not history, society, anything.... it is their own genetic code coming to bear.
but this is not the problem. the problem is that MLK actually set about for the destruction of the Western World. when the West dies, the world will fall into 3rd-world chaos... and the future will be a Charleston Heston movie
w/o MLK, the millions upon millions of illegal immigrants in the Southwest (which will eventually destroy that region and turn it into Mexico) would not have been able to continue unabated. he set about a thought process which eventually allowed anyone non-white to commit a crime and get away with it. now it's "racist" if you don't let millions of lawbreakers break into a country. this in turn, thx to clueless, idealistic white liberals, spread to Europe where now that continent is being besieged by savages who are destroying their countries and cultures
the reality is that he had a dream so the world could have a nightmare. there was a reason why they were put in check in society... and that was to protect them from themselves.... and to protect civilized society at largeComment -

#90ThugVon"Skittles" Martain
Team Skittles cracks me up.First you all thought George CHASED him down.<<That was funny as hell that you all thought GZ chased down 17 year old X-football player eventhough the thug had over a minute head start.Really? How does that happen? When that didnt make sense,Team Skittles then said...Well he shouldnt have got out of his truck.Number one...it's not against the law to follow a suspicious person from a distance just so you can report what you see or may not see to dispatch.GZ was out of his truck and halfway down the cut through sidewalk by the time dispatch said .."We dont need you to do that".Trayvon had plenty of time to make it home.He didnt go...instead he came from out of the darkness and asked GZ a question in an attempt to get close enough to punch his lights out.
This is what I think happend.
It was raining and nobody was out, plus there was a big game about to start. It was the perfect time to be walking through lawns and scoping out the "GOOD" houses to break into..lets face it...at night..you can see into someones windows or sliding glass doors much easier than the people inside can see out.It would have been hard to notice Tray doing this by the people inside.Tray had walked through the the community on the way to the store and knew nobody was outside. Then,on the way home, Tray notices an easy mark to rob sitting in his truck.Tray walked up to GZ's truck..hand in his waistband..fronting like he had a weapon of some sort.Tray notices GZ on the phone and realizes it might not be a good idea to attack him right then.Tray runs.He then ducks into a breezeway or bushes to hide and wait on the easy mark(GZ) to come around on the way to his(GZ's) house..remember,Tray dont know who GZ is or where he lived and more than likely he assumed GZ's home was nearby.....Tray waited and watched GZ...I know he did this because Tray was cunning enough to wait til GZ ended his phone call as he was walking down the sidewalk before he confronted him(Tray might have even seen GZ put it back into his pocket).Tray asked GZ a question in an attempt to draw GZ in close enough to punch him. When GZ reached for his phone...Tray attacked him.We know GZ didnt have his gun out at the time or he wouldnt have taken an asswhippinfor nearly a minute.Little did the practicing thug know...GZ had a gun.
You see...theres been a trend among young thugs in my city. They are hiding in bushes close to driveways for unsuspecting home owners to get home from work so they can rob them. It's the very same M.O Tray used that night on George.
These are the questions you really need to ask yourself
1.If Tray was scared, why didnt he go home?
2.Why was he walking through lawns instead of walking on the street if he wasnt looking into peoples houses? Please dont say.."There wasnt any sidewalks" thats not a valid excuse. The road wasnt busy..there was nobody out.How many 17 year olds do you know that would rather walk through wet grass and mess their shoes up and get the bottom of their jeans wet for no good reason rather than walk on the street?Every 17 year old I've ever met takes care of their shoes because they are so expencive. It doesnt make sense to me.
3.Why did he walk up to Georges truck if he was scared of him?
4.Why didnt Tray call the police on George? If Tray was really scared, he wouldve called the police or kept running home.It would have taken less than 45 seconds for him to get home at a slow jogg..but Tray was seen running..so why wasnt he home?
I'll tell you why...Tray WAS up to no good...he WAS casing homes to break into until he seen an easy target sitting in his truck, alone, while everybody else was inside.Thats also why the YOUNG DAMN NEAR GROWN ADULT didnt call the police on GZ. Team skittles...I hate to break it to you but Tray was a thug and he attacked the wrong guy and got himself killed.
As far as DeeDee goes...this is what I think.
If she could speak clearly about her so called friends last moments on earth and acted as if her testimony would make a difference then we could ALL understand her because she wouldnt be mumbling so much and unsure about what to say.If youre telling someone factual events...you dont mumble about it.
1.Why did Crump the Chump have to seek her out?
2.Why didnt she call his parents after hearing what she claims she heard?I'm sorry but if I was talking to one of my friends that was scared and running from someone that supposedly caught them and attacked them.I'd call somebody if I couldnt get back in touch with them.PERIOD
3.Why is she being so vague about the events?
I'll tell you why.Tray was more than likely letting her know he was about to "get a cracka".Of course we all know that youth run on this..hear no evil, see no evil and if you do...dont tell nobody"CODE" because people that repeat the evil..we all know the saying..."snitches get stitches or end up in ditches"
.Thats why she didnt alert anyone.
If Tray was really scared...really in trouble...and she thought she heard him get jumped. She wouldve at least called his parents or some other family member and told them about it.
Team skittles cant come up with a good excuse for NONE of these questions I asked.Tray was thug and got killed for trying to pull some thug shit on a stranger. He had the oppertunity..he wasnt from the area and knew he wouldnt be recognized by anybody and NOBODY else was out that night to witness his attack on George. When Tray ran around the corner into that courtyard he knew the coast was clear to attack George...how much do want to bet that if Tray seen someone else back there...he would still be alive because he wouldnt have attacked George if there had been a witness to it? He was out to rob GZ that night after spotting him alone in his truck.Thats the ONLY explaination that makes sense.
Crump coached her before anybody questioned her because he has ALOT riding on his civil cases against George,Police department and the Gated Community. He's probly got a hard on thinking about his donation fund and wondering how he can get his hands on that money after all of this is over. Then you have all the dirty little politics behind this mess
.It's the Duke case all over again and you dumbasses are buying it hook, line and sinker.Small minded people you are to think that George is smart enough to premeditate a murder in less than 4 minutes and have all of the evidence match up to his self defense claim. If he was out to shoot a black kid...he could have easily shot Tray when he walked up to his truck with his hand in his waistband trying to act like a tough guy and checking George out.George couldve said he tried to carjack him and it wouldve been overwith. Why go through all of the drama of chasing him down and shoot him? Team Skittles...none of you make sense...most of you ARE racist and closed minded to the facts in front of you..the white Team Skittles players want to prove youre NOT racist so bad to black team members that you are closed minded to the facts as well.Youre all a bunch of sad cases with no leg to stand on and grasping straws that dont hold water.Have a nice day
