I was fine until 5 AM. Then I really started to feel it. I tried walking around and stuff but it didn't help. I fought it for over an hour and then just couldn't anymore. Then I woke up at like 8:30 and realized what had happened.

I really should've had caffeine, and it didn't help that the forum was completely dead.

Pretty brutal because that whole *#^#ing day of posting for nothing.

I challenge someone to go vegan for a week

it is funny that you say that.....I am in the middle of a cleanse. The only thing I can eat is grapes and water. I am on day 5 today, finish at the end of Sunday, then I am going to do raw veggies for one week.

I am a carnivore, but I do this twice a year.....I will drop 20 pounds, clean out my system and feel amazing.....and celebrate with a steak and Black Russians when I am done (the drink!!!).

From the grapes....and then I am obviously running a carb/calorie deficiency. It is more about cleansing the system than anything else....just keep pouring the H2O through me.....

You would be amazed how great you can feel without food.....I never have any hunger after the first day, I have very high energy throughout the cleanse.....even going to the gym. Sleeping like a baby too....all sorts of oil comes out of your pours.....you feel light on your feet....and the pounds I lose are healthy too.....they don't come right back, even though half of what I drop will be water content and will slowly come back as I add salt to my diet.
