I can't wait to hear a police union spokesperson try to defend this POS oath breaker's criminal actions to the media and the public. And yet the bootlickers wonder why people dislike and distrust the police.

Arizona Cop Charged with Raping, Kidnapping Multiple Women during Traffic Stops

Tremaine Jackson, a 13-year police veteran, is accused of victimizing eight women in a span of eight months.

An Arizona state trooper was arrested on 61 counts of criminal charges for allegedly pulling women over and offering them leniency in exchange for sexual favors.

And there's likely many more victims that have yet to come forward, a spokesman for the Arizona Department of Public Safety said during a press conference Tuesday.

So far, eight women have come forward, the earliest dating to October 2018. But Tremaine Jackson has been with the department for 13 years, meaning there could be a more than a decade's worth of victims.

Jackson was placed on administrative leave in June after a woman accused him of sexual assault during a traffic stop a month earlier. An investigation found an additional seven women.

Charges against Jackson include two counts of sexual abuse, two counts of attempted sexual abuse, four counts of sexual extortion, eight counts of kidnapping for holding the women against their will with no official grounds to do so and forgery for falsifying departmental documents, according to the press release.

In this day and age it is mind boggling, absolutely unbelievable, that cops everywhere are not required to wear MANDATORY body cams with audio AND that supervision be required to monitor these body cams on a regular basis. For certain posters here at SBR, NO, it's NOT the Police Union's fault. So please spare us that ridiculous excuse.

In the meantime it is imperative for citizens to keep their own audio and video records. DO NOT talk to Police. DO NOT give permission to cops to search your vehicle.

It's amazing that people still vote for politicians that support MORE police presence, MORE laws and less liberty.

Unreal how slippery this slope has gotten.

NYPD Cop facing Prison after Breaking into Family's Home, Calling them "N*ggers"

NYPD cop Michael J. Reynolds pleaded no contest to three counts of assault. He will be sentenced in November.

A white NYPD cop was on vacation in Nashville when he kicked open a door to a house and terrorized the black family inside, claiming they were inside his home and calling them "n*ggers."

The cop was staying at an Airbnb next door.

Earlier this week, New York City police officer Michael J. Reynolds pleaded no contest to one count of aggravated criminal trespassing and three counts of assault.

The 25-year-old will be sentenced in November. Prosecutors are seeking prison, according to the Tennessean.

The incident took place on July 9, 2018 and was caught on surveillance video but it was not enough for the New York City Police Department to fire him.

Reynolds had been out drinking when he confused the home of Conese Halliburton with the Airbnb he was staying at next door at around 2:30 a.m.

"This is my motherf*cking house," Reynolds shouted at the family after kicking their door open and forcing his way inside. Halliburton was inside the home with her four sons, ages 20, 17, 11 and 8.

Her older sons ordered him to leave the home as she called 911. When the dispatcher said police were on their way, Reynolds, perhaps realizing he had screwed up, walked out of the house.

"Try to shoot me, and I'll break every f*cking bone in your f*cking neck," he told them before calling them "f*cking n*ggers," which was all captured on audio by the neighbor's surveillance camera.

But despite all that, Nashville cops did not arrest him that night, apparently honoring his Blue Privilege.

In fact, news of the incident was not reported by the media until more than a month later which was when police insisted they were "still investigating" the incident.

The NYPD said it has suspended him without pay "for a time" but he was then placed on "modified duty," meaning he was receiving a paycheck.

Indiana Cop Charged with Felonies after Video Proves he Lied about Punching Teen

Indianapolis Metropolitan police officer Robert Lawson is facing several felonies and misdemeanors.

Another cop was criminally charged after his lies were exposed by video.

Indianapolis Metropolitan police officer Robert Lawson claimed that he struck a 17-year-old high school student last month because the boy had raised his fist and was about to punch him. He even claimed another cop watched him do so.

But the video showed the boy did no such thing and the other cop denied observing the boy swing at the cop.

On Monday, Lawson was charged with misdemeanor battery and false informing as well as felony obstruction of justice, perjury and official misconduct, according to the Indianapolis Star.

This man was illegally arrested for recording police while standing on his own property. The man broke no laws, but yet he ended up in cuffs and thrown in a cage. The POS thugs with badges were butt hurt after the man recording pointed out their wrongdoings. Bruising a pig's ego and making light of their illegal activity is an offense worthy of arrest? The blue line gang doesn't care about following the law. In most cases the taxpayers foot the bill for the lawsuits, not the offending officers. Until LEO are personally held financially responsible for their crimes, nothing will change.

Florida Police Officer Arrested for Distributing Child Pornography on SnapChat

This cop had images and videos of kids being sexually assaulted on his phone

St. Petersburg Police Department Officer Matthew Enhoffer, 34, was arrested on September 19 charged by federal criminal complaint with distribution and possession of child pornography. This case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, NBC Miami reports.

According to the complaint, an individual using thscreen name “thehoff727” distributed child pornography on Snapchat, a mobile web-based communications application. Further investigation revealed that the Internet Protocol address and subscriber information associated with that account was linked to the residence of Enhoffer in St. Petersburg, Florida.

On Sept. 11, Homeland Security special agents executed a search warrant at Enhoffer’s home and seized several electronic devices. An examination of Enhoffer’s cellphone revealed a collection of child-pornographic images and videos, including multiple images and videos involving children under the age of 12 in bondage, being raped, and forced to perform sex acts.

If convicted, Enhoffer faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 5 years, and up to 20 years, in federal prison.

So, let me get this straight... Police break into a man's castle with no warrant and shoot him dead IN HIS OWN HOME. He was "the aggressor" objecting to Police illegally and without warrant entering his own home.

    RIGHT. Got it.
I am friends with his sister. Him and his wife were having a physical altercation, and he was kind of raging when cops showed up. She had cheated on him. No excuse for the cops to kill the guy - everything he worked for in life had just been turned upside down - restrain him and give him a chance to calm down.. very sad.

This POS cop was allowed to resign to avoid being fired and no charges were filed. Blue line privilege at its finest. Any person, other than a cop, would have been arrested and had charges filed for threatening violence in the workplace, joking or not.

Florida Cop Forced to Resign after Threatening to Shoot up Workplace

Tarpon Springs police officer Steve Bergren said he was only joking.

For the second time in three months, a Florida cop threatened to shoot up his workplace if he did not receive the job he wanted.

He ended up losing the job he had.

Tarpon Springs police officer Steve Bergren later said he was only joking but his comments made fellow officers fear for their lives. He resigned last week to avoid getting fired, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

Bergren joined the force in 2008 and accumulated several disciplinary actions against him in the following years, including crashing his vehicle twice. In 2012, he was investigated and cleared for posting racist pictures to his Facebook page.

On May 10, Bergren made a similar comment but that was not taken as a threat.

“They thought he was just joking," Young said. "

That was his personality. He is stoic and they thought he just has a dry sense of humor.”However, the regulations governing Tarpon Springs’ police officers and city employees are clear, the agency said. The chief sustained a complaint of conduct unbecoming a police officer against Bergren. The incident would also have been considered a workplace threat under city rules, which call for the employee to be terminated.

The internal investigation will be sent to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Standards Commission, which could affect Bergren’s state law enforcement officer certification.

Bergren joined the force in 2008. His personnel file includes numerous disciplinary actions. Those include a written reprimand in 2008 for missing a deposition, two more reprimands in 2015 and 2018 for vehicle crashes that were deemed his fault, and another 2018 incident in which he received “verbal counseling” for his conduct to the public. In 2012, he was cleared of an allegation that he posted racist pictures to his Facebook page.

On August 5, he told a fellow cop there would be an "active shooter situation" if he did not receive the position, which made "the hairs on the back of his neck stand up," Tarpon Springs Police Maj. Jeffrey Young said in reference to the cop Bergren was conversing with.

The results of the internal investigation will be sent to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Standards Commission, which could affect Bergren’s state law enforcement officer certification, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

This POS cop, Steve Zahursky, lied in his report and lied under oath on the stand in court in reference to a DUI arrest that he made. Luckily the man who was arrested audio/video recorded the encounter. The chief even went as far to state that officer Zahursky was just not familiar with the case by the time he was called to testify, but failed mention anything about the lies in the arrest report. After an internal investigation, where the police investigated themselves, they determined that a one day suspension without pay was a sufficient punishment for the lying scumbag cop for falsifying his report and committing perjury. What a load of crap!

Perjury pretrial for North Royalton officer scheduled to begin

CLEVELAND, Ohio - A police officer is expected in court Monday to fight several charges, including two felonies.

North Royalton Officer Steve Zahursky is facing charges of perjury, tampering with evidence, and falsification.

A pretrial is expected to begin Monday in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.

State agents with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation started looking into allegations against Zahursky in the fall of 2018 after a request was submitted by Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Mike O’Malley.

That request was made shortly after the Fox 8 I-Team broke the story that Parma Municipal Court Judge Timothy Gilligan wrote a scathing opinion in October which states Zahursky’s report on an OVI arrest contained numerous exaggerations.

The judge further noted that “such dishonesty stains the badge of all courageous police officers dedicated to protect and serve.”

The North Royalton police chief, however, said previously he believes the judge's ruling, which states the officer's report contained "falsehoods and misstatements," is a personal attack.

North Royalton Police Chief Kenneth Bilinovich suspended Zahursky for one day after an internal investigation found the officer "was not as familiar with the case he was testifying to as he should have been, in part because of an unvetted cell phone video that the officer did not get to watch before he testified."

Special Prosecutor John Ricotta believes the indictment is justified.

Zahursky could face prison time if convicted on the charges.

Another oath breaking cop caught funding his gambling addiction with criminal activity.

Ohio Sheriff Stole Cash from Drug Busts, Contacts Witness After Arrest

A Ohio sheriff violated a court order by contacting a witness upon being arrested for stealing cash from drug busts.

Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader is under fire after he contacted a witness. Reader is in violation of his no-contact order according to court records filed by the special prosecutor appointed in the case. The Pike County Sheriff's office is in Waverly, Ohio. In September 2019 The Ohio Supreme Court formally suspended Reader from his sheriff's position.

In June 2019 Reader was indicted on 16 charges after he was accused of stealing money from drug busts to support his gambling addiction. Reader kept cash from cases in a safe that only he had access to.

Reader was told in court not to have any contact with those on the witness list. According to court records, Reader violated that order on July 15th by texting a witness ABC News reports.

Reader also took money from other deputies and owed money to local business owners.

Ohio State Auditor Keith Faber announced the grand jury presented Reader with seven charges of conflict of interest, four charges of theft in office, two charges of thefts, one charge each of tampering with evidence, tampering with records and securing writing by description.

Southern California Cop Shoots Self while Trying to Shoot other Cop in Road Rage

One off-duty Southern California cop in plainclothes was speeding in his own vehicle Sunday morning when another off-duty cop in plainclothes began chasing him in his own vehicle to tell him to slow down.

The cop who was speeding began fearing for his life
(typical copsplaining) when the other cop pulled up alongside of him and motioned for him to roll down his window, so he pulled out a gun.

He ended up shooting himself in the torso.

South Carolina deputy fired after video of brutal arrest goes viral

A South Carolina sheriff’s deputy was fired last week over a surveillance video showed five officers subduing a suspect and punching him while he was on the ground, WSPA reported.

James Pregel was fired for “conduct unbecoming” related to the August 1 incident captured by cameras at Simuns Tire and Brake in Greenville. Nick Simmons, the shop’s owner, invited sheriff’s deputies to watch the video and posted both that video and the videos of the takedown on Facebook. Video of that deputies watching the other videos shows the officers laughing at the incident, and one officer tells Simmons it is acceptable for them to punch suspects in the face.

The State reported that the arrested man was Zebbie Hudgens, charged with driving under suspension, improper or defective tail lights, interfering with police and resisting arrest. Video shows Hudgens attempt to get away from police and then being tackled by one officer, who is quickly joined by a second officer, and the two have him under control. But three more officers join in, and at least one can be seen punching Hudgens in the head while the man is held down on his back.

According to the Greenville News, Pregel’s file from the state Criminal Justice Academy says that the deputy was “willfully making false, misleading, incomplete, deceitful or incorrect statements” as it related to the arrest. Greenville County Sheriff Johnny Mack Brown told WSPA that Pregel was appealing the termination.

Hudgens was hospitalized after the arrest, the Greenville News reported. Activist Traci Fant, who is working with Hudgens’ attorney, told WSPA that the sheriff’s office told them other deputies involved “were very heavily reprimanded, but of course they didn’t tell us what that reprimand was.”

POS cop gets the blue line privilege of being released with no bail and gets suspended from duty with pay, AKA paid vacation. What other member(s) of society would receive such lax treatment for non-consensual sexually related crimes with a minor? To top it off, this detective's job is to monitor sex offenders.

NYPD Cop Arrested After Trying to Kiss and Forcibly Touch 12-Year-Old-Girl

Prosecutors say this cop grabbed a little girl's butt and then tried to kiss her inside his apartment.

NYPD Detective Juan Jimenez, 37, was arrested on September 27 after the NYPD says he tried to kiss a 12-year-old girl. Jimenez is assigned to the NYPD’s Sex Offender Monitoring Unit in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Jimenez was babysitting his daughter and the 12-year-old victim in his Brooklyn home over the summer when he allegedly groped and tried to kiss the girl, ABC News reports. The victim reported it and cops launched an investigation, authorities said.

Jimenez grabbed the child by the waist and “attempted to kiss (the victim) about the mouth,” according to court documents. Jimenez also grabbed the girl’s butt, prosecutors said.

Jimenez is charged with two counts of sex abuse, forcible touching and acting in a manner injurious to a child. Jimenez is a 13-year veteran of the NYPD. A Brooklyn Criminal Court judge ordered Jimenez released without bail on Friday night. Jiminez was suspended following his arrest.

Most of these pigs should have been fired and criminally charged and not just given suspensions, but the blue line privilege was handed out like candy at Halloween.

Then, because of the actions by some of these criminal thugs with badges, the Utah Peace Officer Standards and Training Council put rules in place so that sexting and masturbation are no longer allowed while these oath breakers are on duty.

"You would think common sense would rule the day, but unfortunately, that's not the case," Park City Police Chief Wade Carpenter stated.

This is the repercussion for hiring dolts with below average IQ levels who aren't qualified or educated sufficiently to work in the private sector.

Another oath breaking thug with a badge who thought he was above the law. After this pig was caught he resigned to avoid being fired. By resigning he retains his eligibility for hire at a different law enforcement agency to continue his career as a criminal with the blue line gang. Legislation is necessary to eliminate this loophole which allows criminally charged officers to resign in lieu of being fired and still walk away from the job with their pension/benefits intact and remain eligible to work in law enforcement.

Narcotics cop busted for using confiscated Porsche on stepdaughter’s school prom day

A 24-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department assigned to the Narcotics Field Unit was arrested Thursday and charged with using a 2018 Porsche he confiscated during an investigation to drive his stepdaughter to take pictures for her school prom.

James Coolen Jr., 45, of the 4200 block of Fairdale Road in Northeast Philadelphia, resigned from the department Wednesday to avoid being terminated, authorities said. He is charged with unauthorized use of an automobile and misapplication of entrusted property, both second-class misdemeanors.

An affidavit of probable cause for arrest suggests that Coolen used the car in connection with a stepdaughter’s school prom, and that another police officer tipped off the department about his unauthorized use of the vehicle.

Police said Coolen seized the Porsche Cayenne SUV on April 16 during a drug investigation that resulted in an arrest and placed it on a department property receipt, which he signed as the arresting officer. Nine days later, on April 25, Coolen was recorded driving it off the lot at the Narcotics Bureau headquarters at 5200 Wissahickon Ave. in Germantown, according to the arrest documents.

Over the next two days, Sgt. Patrick Love, a narcotics officer who lives near Coolen, photographed the Porsche parked in the driveway of Coolen’s house, the documents say.

Love, who was assigned to a different narcotics squad, sent his photos to groups that included police officers and supervisors, the documents say. At 10:24 p.m. April 27, surveillance cameras showed Coolen driving the car back onto the Narcotics Bureau lot.

A department Internal Affairs investigation took 11 of Coolen’s fingerprints from the car, the affidavit says. In addition, investigators said, a neighbor’s home security camera filmed the car parked in front of Coolen’s home, while evidence from interviews, social media, department records, and Global Positioning System data indicated that Coolen drove himself, his wife, daughter, and stepdaughter in the car to a home on Robbins Avenue in Jenkintown to take prom photos.

Another dirty thug with badge and a corrupt police chief who only makes excuses and backs criminal behavior within his own department. The officer in question, Gregory Parris, has been on a 5 month paid vacation, AKA leave of duty with pay, even after criminal charges and a federal lawsuit were filed. Parris and another officer both made false statements on their official reports of the incident and the 3 charges brought against the accused were all dropped. Even after all of this the chief still sees Parris as fit for community policing duties.

A Hutto, Texas police officer is on paid leave, 17 months after he punched a man in the face during an arrest and sent him to the hospital. The victim filed a federal lawsuit against two of the officers on scene that night.

In May 2019, a Williamson County grand jury indicted the cop on assault and oppression charges. The lawsuit also accuses both cops on scene of making up lies about the details of the arrest in order to have the victim prosecuted.

NYPD Cop Arrested for Pulling Gun on Waitress, Pointing it at her Head

The cop told the waitress he would shoot her if she didn't come hang out with him.

Drunk off the power of his badge and probably a ton of booze, an off-duty NYPD cop pulled out his gun and pointed it at the head of a waitress at a karaoke bar last week, threatening to shoot her if she didn't come and hang out with him.

He then did the same to another waitress before he and his companion left the bar after arguing with the owner. Thinking the two men were impersonating police, waitresses called police to have the men arrested.

But Hyum Kim, 25, turned out to be a real cop. And so was his companion, Sergeant Jung Kim, who did not intervene when Hyum Kim pulled out his gun and racked it, allowing the magazine and bullets to fall on the floor. He was probably just as drunk.

Hyum Kim was charged with two counts of menacing, which are misdemeanors in New York. Jung Kim was not charged.

A waitress asked if he was a gangster and he said, "No, I'm a cop and this is my boss," referring to his drinking partner.

He then racked the gun and the magazine and bullets fell to the floor where they remained after they had left the bar. The other more sober cops found the magazine and bullets on the floor after responding to the call. They also reviewed video footage which showed the waitresses were telling the truth.

Hyum Kim pointed the weapon after the magazine and bullets had fallen to the floor but there could easily have been one bullet left in the chamber.

Hyum Kim makes $52,000 a year while Jung Kim makes $118,715. But both have been suspended without pay.

Oklahoma Cop Rapes 14-Year-Old Girl After Asking for Sexually Explicit Photos

This cop allegedly asked for sexually explicit photos of a teen girl on SnapChat, and then raped her.

On October 7 Oklahoma Police Officer Wendell Birt, 33, was arrested on multiple complaints after being accused of raping a 14-year-old girl, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

On Oct. 2, the Wewoka Police Department requested Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation assistance in investigating allegations of Brit raping a 14-year-old female high school student. The student told school officials that Brit who was a Wewoka police officer, began communicating with her via Snapchat in May 2019, KFOR News reports.

Over the course of several months, authorities said, Birt asked the girl for sexually explicit photographs and received them. They met on three occasions in Wewoka, Oklahoma where Birt allegedly raped the teen, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation obtained an arrest warrant and the Bureau of Indian Affairs arrested Birt Monday on multiple complaints, including three counts of rape, two counts of rape by instrumentation and one count of lewd or indecent proposals or acts to child under 16.

Birt was booked into the Caddo County Jail on a $500,000 bail.

Birt recently left the Wewoka Police Department and worked as a police officer for the Delaware Nation of Oklahoma. Delaware Nation of Oklahoma officials say that Birt is no longer employed with them and they are cooperating with all investigations.
