that's the final part of my studies in Food Technology, doing some sot of apprentice-ship at a Food processing company and after the whole process is completed I'll get my degree

Very nice i didnt no you were going for that. Though you were going to be sitting tight where you were.

I need to get back into the swing of school. Im very happy with what im doing now financially but i cant do it physically for 30 years nor do i want too. No clue what i want to do though. I keep taking some classes in a field and changing my mind and you know how that goes.

I hear ya, not that I want to leave my place hee either, just doing it to complete a process, I don't like letting things sit for too long, besides, they basically told me that if I didn't do it this year, next year they'd only consider 40% of what I've done already, no chance for me to lose 60% out of nothing...
