73 year old Harjit Kaur was deported to India after living in the US legally for over 30 years with no criminal record.

She was arrested by ICE at her routine check in. While detained for over 2 weeks prior to deportation, she was shackled, denied hygiene products and a bed, delayed medication, and diet associated with her Sikh faith.

Let’s not let these horrific stories numb us to the point of complacency and normalization of these inhumane atrocities.
