I posted it at the time. Can't remember if anyone commented on it. I think dante replied with a series of math questions but I could be misremembering.

I can only imagine the shit these people are doing in secret. The whole Covid thing still hasn't been answered has it? Or did I miss it? But a pandemic made in a lab which studies these thing that killed millions? Who cares. There are wars to deal with.

They don't want us know what really happened with Covid. A few select group know. It's a test to see what the public will put up with. Things like mandates, lockdowns, vaccine passports and the willingness to take an experimental drug by companies which have been sued for billions for injuring people with their products who are now immune from lawsuits by the government who uses the pandemic to use "emergency circumstances" to circumvent voter laws before an general election while convincing millions of their own people to deny there any election interference whatsoever.

The election is a year away. No doubt they are already planning on something that will impact what happens next November. Stay tuned.

Republicans have protected these companies for decades. Yes, some Democrats are in their pockets too, but the republicans have blocked all legislations for decades to hold them accountable. For damages and taking billions in tax dollars while making billions in profit, fukking the pouch on both ends. GOP more than happy to take care of their money cows.

you are attempting to make it a partisan thing which it definitely isn't. That is why they are called the swamp. 33 trillion in debt. Republicans and democrats are too blame. Trump tried to lower drug prices. Democrats blocked him.

Trump wrote an executive order, for the US to get preferred Pricing on medications, and the industry ignored it. They thought since Trump could ignore the supreme court on DACA they could ignore him.
Republicans are pro corporation, and even more protective of big Pharma than others, as are some democrats, its one reason why the large donations they make should be banned.

Florida orders pro-Palestinian student group off its university campuses

---The head of Florida’s university system has directed schools to disband campus chapters of a pro-Palestinian student group he alleges are in “support of terrorism.”
In a letter Tuesday to the state’s 12 university presidents, State University System Chancellor Ray Rodrigues said the Florida chapters of Students for Justice in Palestine “must be deactivated.”
He said that a “toolkit” released by the group described the Oct. 7 Hamas attack on Israel as “the resistance” and “unequivocally states: ‘Palestinian students in exile are PART of this movement, not in solidarity with this movement.’”
The letter contended that the national Students for Justice in Palestine organization has “affirmatively identified” that it was part of the attack, and said it’s a felony in Florida to “knowingly provide material support ... to a designated foreign terrorist organization.”
Rodrigues closed by stating the university system is working with Gov. Ron DeSantis “to ensure we are all using all tools at our disposal to crack down on campus demonstrations that delve beyond protected First Amendment speech into harmful support for terrorist groups.”
He added that state action could include “necessary adverse employment actions and suspensions for school officials.”

That is embarrassing and a disgrace that we are paying for that shyt. I don't have an issue with it if that is what they want in life and pay on their own dime. Whether having trans in the military and all the woke nonsense surrounding it is a discussion for another day.

How so? I've never thought giving the rich and corporation all the brakes and fukking the working man as funny. Then again, I was thinking of me, in that thought process. Congress heads to the chamber around 7 or 8am on a good day, to sit in a nice chair for a few hours around 2 to 4 pm leave go to girlfriend/boyfriends before heading to their 2nd home they have in DC. to see if the wife has cooked anything. Unless you are Gem Jordon, he has to check on underage boys after practice. See if they need a ride or anything else.

I guess when you have worked outside in the freezing cold in the winter and above 90 sometimes up to 105 in the summer, usually 60 hours a week, (also owned a side business for 20 years of the 35) you look at it a little different. It is definitely not funny to me.

But I understand how it could be funny to others with different life experiences.

I chose to work the way I did, to try and get ahead in the world. I also understand most are not willing to work that way. Lots of offices with a/c in summer and heat in winter, sure looked good sometimes and at only a very low 40 to 45 hours a week.

He is most likely as dirty as Trump just on a different front. If I were CEO or any part of the upper management of a muti-national corporation, why would I ever be a Democrat? Republicans will always try to protect me over workers, workers' rights, lower my taxes, and over the public interest.
I get that that a few high-profile corporations are democrat supporting.
It would be against my bottom line to support democrats. Everyone knows how they are about their bottom line.
