The last few shots were necessary...this took place in Texas where every law enforcement person will tell you, if you pull a gun, shoot to kill. Injured perps can sue.

Cops will not arrest him nor will he be charged.

That's what I was thinking. The first 4 are clearly justified. If any of those were kill shots, the rest don't matter and he shouldn't be prosecuted.

Say whatever you want about where it is, if they let him go no questions ask It would make me more likely not to care if they were video, if they give him a hard time, even if he is not prosecuted, could make a person think to much and maybe get killed!

I actually just looked into this further. Apparently a fake gun was being used by the robber, however they interviewed a law professor I believe at Houston and she said that shouldn’t matter in the eyes of the law, because the threat of violence was real.
