Prolly, me i got everything bad around me. Old lady a nurse who works with special needs kid and goes to schools with them. her biggest client father is a doctor so she gets banged with what he catches. I work in a very crowded environment with tons of Asians. I am thinking of taking six months off and going into hibernation. Just have to figure a way out of the house with my bags so my old lady doesn't see me. its every man for himself now.

My personal experiences in life - when I wake up on a cold day to go out and jog after stretching I feel aches and pains. When I wake up on a hot day or in Hawaii in the tropics and don't stretch and go for a jog I feel like a million bucks everytime..

I don't need to google anything I know what I feel with cold weather and warm weather after 40 years of age. I'm not an alien either, I know all older folks will feel the same..

Sauna's help you relax and eases the mind and aches and pains in the same way.. It's a stress reliever..

Ok, should be drink soups and vitamin c blasts? Or what treat it like a real cold? Call 911? Be taken to the hospital? Fcking explain some steps.

Good point. I guess they assume you'll be in contact with people who will give you tips. I figure:
- stay hydrated!
- Ibuprofen
- cough meds?
- sleep
- humidifier/hot showers

Just logical things I would think, I really don't know and don't rely on my advice.

I say eat tons of raw garlic, Tequila shots around the clock, raw lemon, tons of water and hot showers and or sit in Sauna..

If I get a bad fever then take Advil and chill in bed and what not. Turn up the heat and start sweating it out.. Drink more water and cut back on Tequila at that point..

After that Eat soups, take tons of Vitamin C, eat apples and blue berries as snacks.. Drink more Water. Repeat as necessary until it all passes..

That's what I will do.

That’s with alcoholic hepatitis, and still drinking. My gramma is in her 80’s, so I do try to stay clean. She would most likely die, and we have had two cases close to here.

I go to the clinic every morning, so who knows what the other junkies have contracted. At the gas station tonight, they did have hand sanitizer hanging off the pump. People are truly concerned, but they don’t give a shit about alcoholism, substance abuse disorder, cigarettes, cancer inducing foods, and drugs, etc. If you can’t see it, then it isn’t happening.
