#2It's different for everyone. For most people it's anything that gets them to eat less processed food. Becoming vegetarian is pointless if you're going to eat pizza and potato chips. I think gluten free diets have so many positive side affects not because gluten itself is bad for you, but because it's in pretty much all processed foods. If you cut it out, and don't replace it with gluten-free alternatives to the same shit, you end up eating mostly meat and vegetables which is what we ate when our digestion system was evolving. Nuts, meat, vegetables, beans. It's really not that complicated and pretty obvious. Listen to what you're body is telling you. Pay attention when you are being productive or having a good day and try to remember what you were eating in last 24 hours or so. Once you start doing this you will realize how much foods can affect every part of your life.Comment -

#4watch the documentary ''fat sick and nearly dead'' pay close attention to the part about the human evolution to diet. Despite a healthy diet exercise goes hand in hand and will enhance/hyper produce weight loss. I mean lifting weights , jogging, sweating burning more than consumedComment -

#7Are you a fat b*tch seaweed?
No soda pop. No fast food. I stopped both about 1.5 years ago and exercised more. Very good results so far. Avoid bread, rolls, etc. Once or twice a week is fine just don't be eating bread every single day.
I still have some sugar in coffee but nothing like 2 or 3 20 oz. mountain dews or pepsi a day. Ya know. Ya know.Comment -

#8Predominantly plant based whole food and lean meats. Avoid highly refined food and foods high in sugar and fat.
The particularly dangerous combo is food high in both fat and sugar which makes the food highly palatable and much more likely to overeat on.Comment -

#11Your leanest meat will be turkey or chicken, with turkey slightly safer to consume regularly ie salmonella .. those large portobello mushroom caps are a nice plant based source of protein considering their overall low calorie count .. if you need to have ‘beef / red meat’ the leanest source is probably along the lines of bison (for commonly found meats that taste like usual cow beef. Deer and elk can be pretty lean, but not everyone likes that taste.Comment -

BUT try incorporating FASTING into your regime. do it every day to some extent. your body will thank you and you will live to 100 probably. GODSPEED.Comment -

#15Depends on how beat up the GI tract is.
Fasting can give it a chance to rest and heal.
Its been said fasting for 18 hours or more also triggers stem cells helping the body to regenerate/recover.
It all depends on what type of lifestyle and diet someone has leading up to it.Comment -

The mediterranean diet. Look it up. Aside from that, like other people have said, limit the bread. You can go no carb and lose weight if necessary. Some fresh caught sockeye salmon, some green vegetables. I do some meals like it, but I am not strictly on it. Probably should be.Comment -
