The money is in illegal weed dispensaries in States that legalized the Mary Jane. You avoid taxes, you under sell the legal dispensaries and you don't pay rent while you go through a lengthy commercial eviction once the city catches on and notifies the property owners that they have to evict. I hate it and it's very shady..

I can't tell you how much most illegal dispensaries make daily but I know one that made a $100 worth of sales every 5 to 10 minutes on average and open 10 hours a day.. The traffic in and out was constant. People waited to be buzzed in. The rent they paid per month was 6 grand. You do the math on that!!! Don't ask me how I know this BUT I DO FROM REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE!!! I own property and not a dispensary, .. Been there done that on the losing end.

Vapor products can kill and not make you alot of money, weed a different story.. Just keeping it real..
