Life insurance companies have different suicide rules. My life insurance policy says they won't pay out for suicide the first two years. Yes, I checked.

I found a friend hanged back in 2003, fresh out of high school, he was a heavy coke user and so was his dad... his dad had a bouffet we used as a bachelor pad during weekends, had a pool table and we used to fill it up with high school girls. Then that happened.

My brother's best friend (one of them) hanged himself 1 year ago after battling depression after his mom died from cancer. He was an accomplished brazilian jiu jitsu student.

I picture Death as a doorway to the other side. One could open that door oneself, but that would not lead to the same place as when the door opens naturally. I do understand why people take their own lives, but I would suggest to those contemplating it to take a nap instead. You'll feel much better when you wake up.

I was a fukked up teenager and almost did it. I mentioned it to this hot girl in my class (who I didn't know very well) and she said she would do it with me. I was shocked. We were going to do the carbon monoxide hose-in-the-car routine. We never went through with it because I wasn't sure, but she really wanted to do it. Glad I didn't.

I'm 56 and have cancer. I'm in remission, but it will come back soon enough. I don't want to waste away to nothing, so I'll probably go out on my terms. Not sure how, but something quick and as painless as possible.

That’s gotta be rough to find someone. Not sure how well I’d be with having that imagine. Always felt terrible for my grandpa having to find my dad the way he was. That’s one thing I’d make sure of when doing it is that no one who knows me would find me.

A second cousin killer herself after her family found out she was a lesbian and kinda were harsh to her (heavy catholics). She stole her dad's gun, went up to the hill and that was that. She was really nice with me when we were kids... have fond memories of a trip we made to Jaco when I was like 6-7 years old. Kinda had a crush on her. She was like 2-3 years older.
