I'm assuming you've never actually been to St Louis or the northside in particular. Its a hellhole. I live in Illinois. I've been to St Louis many times. Normandy (the school where Michael Brown went too), is in one of the worst areas of St Louis. Normandy actually had their accreditation from the Missouri Board of Education pulled because the school was so bad. The state had to come in and take over the school. Normandy is one of the worst areas in the US. Ferguson is turning that way too after all of the white flight. It will end up just like East St Louis.
