Yep. I just think a LOT of people are gonna have some apologies to do to this officer once he's shown to have taken down a violent threat not a sweet kid. Crump made the comment at the autopsy presser this morning that he expects the toxicology report to be out sooner than later because of how this department has been acting...leads to believe Brown will have at LEAST had weed at the time...most likely more. Before we get sidetracked on that topic, I'm all for legalization and a 180 on the 'war on drugs' in America but still facts are facts...not character assassination just the damn truth...he was a thief, a drug user, and a bully vs a skinny non roided out aggressive cop with an exemplary record.....those are the facts and if you did a blind poll test with just the facts not knowing racial animosity or any of that....what side sounds more reasonable.

If a small black cop is arriving on the scene of a loud music call at a party in Baton Rouge near campus and suddenly a 285 pound white offensive lineman type came running out of the bushes and had just raped a girl and thought thats why cops stopped...fought with the cop and then charged him and would not go down to a single bullet.......we'd all say the same damn thing.

Never? That was practically all people could talk about a year or two ago when Edward Snowden was becoming a household name.

The NYPD probably would have argued that their murder victim was reaching for the officer's gun as well if it hadn't been caught on video. The Fruitvale victim was pretty threatening handcuffed on the ground when he got shot, It's crazy how many black people reach for a cop's gun.

We we all have prejudice, myself included. The difference is whether you make an effort to be fair or not. Or in the case of some people on this thread, it seems that some take pride in their prejudice. Sick stuff indeed.

I've been pulled over at 330 heading into work, bars close down at 3 around here and I usually try to wait til 4 or 430 to get home, so the drunks are hopefully not sharing the road with me. But I got pulled over 2 weeks ago and cop said "license and registration, you should get that license plate light fixed" no problem will get a bulb later on. I get to work, of course the bulb is working.
