I recently started doing squats again and the results are amazing
I got away from doing them for a long time and just did leg ext machines and the sled but it's not the same
I'm not even doing much weight but it's such a demanding overall exercise that your body dramatically responds
Without getting too graphic my gf is DEEPLY impressed and I don't need an alarm clock now because my morning wood keeps waking me up early.
