If there is a God, would judge on intention not action. Divorced men (me include, she failed in her mission to make me better person) who lust, but don't touch a married woman, will be OK. On the other hand, single women are always a great prize, never untouchable. God's Honest Truth.

Genuinely curious to know what Christians believe in the following scenarios in regards to afterlife:

                    A) Priest molests 100s of kids but asks for forgiveness and repents for his sins

                    B) Average joe, who never put much thought in religion, is a hard working family man whose worst criminal offense is a speeding ticket

Does the priest go to heaven if he's truly sorry for abusing kids? Does the average joe go to hell for not being a believer even though he led a respectable life?

                        A) God is never going to allow a man who molested all those kids to be forgiven of his sins. So he will be cast away to hell.

                        B) If your not a born again Christian you can't enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Assuming he doesn't take the mark of the beast he won't be cast away to hell and his life won't be over.

The priest there's a story in the bible about Saul of Tarsus, who killed many christians. Before becoming a follower of Christ. I think that story was meant to illustrate the depths to which a person can be redeemed.

Average joe its been said that the one who truly loves God, is the one who follows God's teachings. A person who is moral and does good deeds, is following the teachings of God. Much moreso than a person who goes to church every sunday who does the complete opposite of what a christian should be.

The trouble with people who are not seeking for a Savior, and for salvation, is that they do not understand the nature of sin. It is the peculiar function of the Law to bring such an understanding to a man’s mind and conscience.” —Martyn Lloyd-Jones

If our only concern is to witness where we are, how will people in unevangelized areas ever hear the gospel? The present uneven distribution of Christians and opportunities to hear the gospel of Christ will continue on unchanged.” —C. Gordon Olson
