For me it would be lust after a women which is to commit adultery in the heart. You have to avoid the temptation of not looking at any kind of pornography, avoid looking at hot dressed women on social media, and avoid looking at hot dressed women in real life with lust.

I will be judged for this sinful act I believe during my judgement & the Lord will make me feel as small as a piss ant. Some of you non-Christians & atheist and others will think I sound absolutely crazy for believing this. I just want you to know I don’t think you’re absolutely crazy or insane for not believing the same thing as me, & we can live in the same world side by side with no drama & no judgement.

If you want to inherit the kingdom of heaven you have to repent of your sinful ways which is to not only as God for forgiveness of your sins but to also strive to avoid continually sinning over and over again. I don’t do drugs, but I love sex with women & I will take it anytime I can get it. If the Lord wants to keep me out of his kingdom because of that then so be it, but that won’t happen Jesus is in my heart & I have a relationship with him & sometimes I curse & yell @ him & want answers that’s part of my relationship with him currently. As an agnostic-atheist, people who don't believe in God use it because it's just an internalized and relatable way to phrase things that we've all learned? As dictated by history and language. There are tons of phrases and idioms that include "God", and we all learn all of them from an early age. "For God's sake", "Good God", "Goddamn", etc.

Simple, boring explanation, but I think it answers your question. We do it thoughtlessly, pretty much, because we're not thinking of the super religious conception of God when we say these banal and overused phrases

It don't look at any kind of porn at all. I don't even go on Instagram anymore to see hot women to see their half naked bodies. I don't question my faith at all because I 100 percent believe in God. Jesus Christ is the one true God and people that believe in other religions will have a chance to believe in him when he comes down from heaven and will rule on Earth from Israel.

I'm not entirely sure if lusting after women is committed adultery if your not married but I do know you shouldn't lust after women who are married or are in a relationship. You also shouldn't lust at women at all before your married because it will lead you to sin by fornicating which is to have sex before marriage.
