I'm not sure what you agree with drinker but I'm not in the least bit concerned about her employer. Natural for an employee to defend their jobber. But I dont like the advertising...not for myself or like you...but for the avg folk. I work at a law firm, and boy lemme tell you, the avg man is dumb. Or very gullible. Or possibly a combination of both. Fact is, these ads exist for a reason, cuz people believe them. We get pro bono requests all the time to help an individual or group of indies recompense their financial losses from internet scams like the ones advertised here. For the most part, we can bring about a settlement for the "victims" but it varirs from country to country. For the most part, the advertiser is held accountable. But that still doesnt exclude the website in question. Depending on which court they land in they can be held to a certain degree of accountability. But it would need to take class action level suit, which is prolly still way to early. Sbr could prolly weasel out of this agreement before it gets out of hand.
