#177So sad... I can gain 10 pounds in a day without breaking a sweat. If we could just trade appetites for a month, we'd both be 50 pounds in the right direction!Comment -

TODAY'S DATE: June 15, 2009
GOAL: 100 Pounds in 365 Days
DAYS ON DIET: 119
DAYS LEFT TO GO: 246
POUNDS LOST: 57.0
POUNDS LEFT TO GO: 43.0
Only two pounds since last weigh in, but I'm actually not upset with that at all... had one of my best friends in town last weekend and ate and drank way too much and put on some weight, so I'm glad I was able to get back on track and lose what I gained.
4 months on the diet, averaging about 14 pounds a month. I'll take it I guessComment -

Nice two week span for me, hitting another milestone at 60 pounds! I thought it would be easier as time went on, but its actually getting harder... I'm definitely hungry and miss the good ol' days of eating garbage sometimes. But alas, have to stay strong. Am still very proud of my progress to this point.Comment -

#183Keep up the good work Dave. It is definitely harder losing weight as time goes on. The first few weeks should have been easier. Just continue to stick with your diet and you should reach your goal in no time though. Best of luck and continue to update on your progress.Comment -

Four more pounds... can't believe this pace is still continuing. I have to hit an enormous wall eventually.
13 lbs a month has been much better than anything I would have expected! Hopefully I can keep it up! 5 lbs a month for the next 7 months certainly sounds easy in comparison, but like I said, I'm bound to hit a wall sooner or later...
Thanks for all the supportComment -

#200Thanks again for all of the support everyone
I think the fact that I'm only 23 helps alot... the younger you are the easier it is for your skin to adjust, if I'm not mistaken. Still have a long way to go though, would certainly suck, but I'll worry about that bridge if I ever have to cross it.Comment -

There are apparently stretches and what not you are able to do that sometimes help. But again, I'm just hoping I won't have to worry about it and my skin keeps shrinking with meComment -

#206Going to make a very real attempt at this.
Was going to start in March, but sick of making excuses. Lets get this done. Bring on the support and criticism.
Also, if you have some sort of personal goal you want to reach as well, and you want to make it public, feel free to use this thread as well.
Going to copy and paste this format with updates once a month or so.

More important than the number is just eating healthy and looking and feeling better. Even if I don't hit 100, if I'm actively trying I'll be happy.

ANOTHER five pounds! Has been a pretty incredible run... my next update on the 15th will mark the halfway point of 6 months.
I just hope I don't gain it all back at the bash.
Thanks again for all of the well-wishes and support you guys have given, means a lot to meLast edited by VegasDave; 08-01-09, 11:30 AM.Comment -
