Small town help 99% of the time is safe...

Probably no cab service there or any public transportation for that matter so they were being nice enough to stop and help.

Not sure the size of your town, but if you live in a larger one you will have to adjust for a bit in this town.

Random people waving at you like they know you, stopping and asking if you need help, that's small town living...
