Yes, agreed, I mentioned this as well. If we're not sure you are signing up, one of the later folks has to potentially make plans to try to sub just in case. And that's often wasted planning/worrying if you sign up last minute or near to it. So yes please sign up as early as you can, there is no downside to that obviously.

Definitely not, that would be way too easy to abuse. If someone doesn't show up, you just take a 0 on that tourney. Hopefully that doesn't happen, it's extremely close right now in standings, taking a forced 0 in any tourney could be very costly.

I don't think people are suggesting logging into his account to play for him, they want someone (say eddy or jake who both already played today) to play again since he might not show up it seems.

I sent a message to franklee168 asking him if he can be ready to switch from 8 PM to 7 PM if it becomes necessary - told him to switch with 2 minutes left to register if chaoz still hasn't shown by then.

Well not to be harsh, I don't know what happened exactly, but why did you wait until the very end to try to register?? Just do it early in day, then no problem! This is one of the exact reasons why we asked people to register early to avoid such issues.

Better investment anyway because it goes fine for years. With all the issues with the sbr server, this is going to come up again I guarantee it.

They can assign starting chips, # of members, blind levels etc.

ALSO log in make sure you can log in. I have had that code before when I was already registered to the 11/8 pm and couldn't get in. So just because you are registered doesn't mean it will let you in FYI.
