I've seen that video. All the different ways JJ can lose.

JJ is almost always included in "premium hand" list. In short-stak situations, it's going in. In deeper situations...u have to watch the action and try to figure it out.

Thanks, HH! Yes, at one point in time I was a machine in Chemistry. Could run down the periodic table.

Have to admit I ran-good and got lucky on those two wins. Will try to keep it going. But it's never ez.

As for your baseball-card picture...I was thinking about Adam Silver. Or even the Silver Surfer comic-book hero! Figured that Nate Silver was the most relevant.

*Limped pot, Pre-flop. No bets. I am holding 53(Diam), so looking to see a flop.
*Flop is pretty good for me. 442 (no Diam).

I only have 9BB left. I min-bet and get re-popped. My calling odds are something like +140. Roughly 120 to win 168.

At this late stage, I think I have the right odds...as long as he doesn't have a 4.

I'm up and down...and I think my 5 should be good as an over. 11 outs?

He has 82 for two-pair...so my 3 was good, too. 14 outs. If u run the #s, I think I would have been SLIGHTLY > 50/50.

If it's right at 50/50, I'm catching +140 on a coin-flip. Better than fair-odds. So if that was my exit, I'm ok w/ it.

bad luck on the river he hit that 3 outer, I thought I was going to win even when I was down 6k to 2k, but sometimes the dirty river comes, I got lucky on the river with a 3 outer against b1slick earlier
