Bronx, I have never accepted a bonus and don't think I'd ever want to. If I'm not mistaken, if you send the dime and take a bonus with a required rollover, is not your money all locked up? I'd rather just have reduced juice with no frills and no hassle.

I dont take bonuses at 5dimes (they are not offered with reduced juice option)
I had signed up for an account at DSI so I could play beat the prick and Zeta told me they were a good book so I wanted to give them a shot to have some of my business. My main concern wasnt the FP. The thing I didnt like was being put on hold for 20 minutes for an issue that should of taken 3 seconds and then being told the FP had expired. It was the principle. I dont give a fukk about the FP. I didnt like the CS. At the end of the call they had advised me that the FP was valid. I was done at that point. Had no interest in sending the money with or without the FP. I would never do business with such a shoddy operation.Comment -

DSI is a very good book
they have always taken care of me with bonuses, free payouts, any issue i ever had
the lower level CS people at any book will make mistakes tho so thats normal
if i ever have an important issue i always ask to speak to a supervisor or manager since they are more informed/reliableComment -

very unprofessional book
everything i said happened other then the dime deposit. it was really only 300. I would never send a first time deposit of a dime to a book I have never played with. a dime just sounded better for the story.
really irrelevant since the amount of money i wager on games has been fukkin proven over and over again here countless times with tickets and screenshots. i got nothing to prove to anyone here.
for the record i asked the thread be moved because it made neither me or the book look good.
they attempted to rectify the situation and i told the guy to get fukked as i often am known to do to people.
