Heads up guys...I have received emails,mailers, and personal phone calls from BETDSI and this promo. I finally pull the trigger and call CS and ask them if the promo is still valid and they said yes i would get it....100% up to $500..then I was given instructions on how to send funds.
I send $500 and immediately see it in my account but "no bonus"..I sent Three unanswered emails (first two within 12 hours).
I called a CS rep and was told it would eventually show up,,give it some time. 3 days later NO bonus
Today I was told via CHAT Sophie: Sir, bonuses must be requested over the chat or over the phone in the next 24 hours after depositing.

I was like ????? shes telling me basically to bad..you should of called sooner....after telling her I did call i just got grilled on it..Sophie: When did you requested the promotion over the phone? and what phone number did you use for calling ?Sophie: Do you have the rep's name?

BUT..after all was said and done BETDSI did the right thing .....Sophie:Ok, we will make one time exception for you.

Not trying to badmouth BETDSI in any way..I love this book and never had a problem...just don't want anyone to have to go through this circle jerking and frustration just to get your bonus...they dont automatically put this freeplay in your account ...CALL ASAP and tell them you want it in your account.

Based on your post we took the time do some QA work for the call in question. Our intention is to provide the best support we can to all Members current and potential. In these situations it is best to try and get some positive out of a negative situation. These occurrences can also assist us to manage potential personnel issues that can arise in any business.

The findings on the call recording were as follows:

The representative fielded a call with a direct request for a $300 deposit with an inquiry about the bonus amount for that deposit. The representative offered the 100% bonus option of $300 freeplay to the caller. The representative never mentioned expired promotions on the call. The representative also cited the rollover as 10x on the call; 8x was never mentioned.

On a side note, the representative’s knowledge of SBR was questioned on the call as well. After the termination of the call, there was a live chat message sent with a link to this post.

We are still looking at the hold time issue, as that falls outside of an acceptable range of service for a call.

This post was not about any negativity at all. We want top notch service for members. That is what we are attempting to accomplish. After reading the OP we wanted to make sure to avoid anything similar to this in the future. Bronxers' information does help to accomplish that goal.
