I just drove down by house to pay my respects. Jr seau is all i knew as a young chargers fan. He was born and raised in the same city as me and graduated from the same high school as me. Everyone in oceanside is in complete shock right now.

Very sad and to such a warrior, a charitable man that gave back to the community. Players such as Dave Duerson and Junior Seau have shot themselves in the chest, thus enabling researchers to look closer at this concussion issue. I think that Seau purposely didn't aim for the brain.

this is no surprise to me, I'm from San Diego, lifelong Chargers and Padres fan...a few years ago he was in a "car accident", in which he drove off a cliff...the incident was painted as an accident but coincidentally he was having major personal issues at the time(I can't remember exactly what the personal issue was)...I never believed that it was an accident...this pretty much confirms it..sad day for Charger fans
