Eli was really clutch in that one game at the Meadowlands against Seattle... Down 7 with under 2 mins to go and throwing a pick 6. That was super clutch.

Cruz slipped on that play and thanks for bringing up the one bad play . Without exaggeration, the Giants would be 2-10 without Eli

Eli is crazy clutch! That game said it all, and did he just past Peyton and Unitas for most 4th quarter TD's in a season? And still has more games to play!

Agreed, Eli is pretty underrated. Not the most underrated, but he is definitely underrated. And people are way to quick to lash out on him when he is bad. For instance, if Eli were having the type of year that Phillip Rivers is having, people would be calling for his head.
As far as I know, he has just as many superbowl rights at his brother. And I think he has a much better chance of getting a 2nd one than his brother.
Any chance Eli leaves behind the better legacy than Peyton? My guess is Eli still has 2-4 good years left assuming his health holds up.

I'm not an Eli fan at all, but damn, after tonight and the fact that he has done this several times. He really is a clutch player. I am happy for him! Plus, cant ever forget the superbowl!

What does clutch mean??
That he isn't good enough to put teams away in the first place...
Rodgers isn't clutch because he stomps everyone by halftime
The Seer is more talented than Eli, he is just like his brother... Great game manager, well prepared, but lacks talent...
Why do you think it took him this long to become so good???

Eli is not a QB and WR, he needs a little help. This must be the only gave you have seen all year.

MVP. Who is more valuable to their team than Eli?(besides Peyton Manning of course lol). Imagine if Eli got hurt and David Carr was quarterbacking this team. The Giants would be like 2-11 without Eli this season. Rodgers is having a great season and by the numbers, he will get the MVP award and he would be deserving of it, but look at all the talent around him and look at who Eli has to throw to. Besides Nicks, he's making two undrafted players in Cruz and Ballard look like Marvin Harrison and Tony Gonzalez. The defense has been pretty much horrible all season and the running game has been non-existant with or without Bradshaw. I know Eli won't win MVP, but if it did, nobody should have any qualms about it.
