10/06 at SBRstore I bought $250 cash at bookmaker.eu (2500 SBR points)
2500 SBRPoints gone, but no $$ in my account, because Bookmaker don't accept French people.

No Problem,but I want back my 2500 SBRpoints.
No Chat possible, email no answer from SBR.

In this particular situation he never received the goods he purchased and is unable to receive said goods, therefore is entitled to his points.
