Ok here comes my useless rant on this ass clown. No I'm not in law school, but my wife is a 3L at Sandra Day O'Conner College of Law here at ASU. It does come in handy and she has already locked up an associate position at Snell and Wilmer (look them up scrub) when she graduates in May. (Six Figures). Yes I know its not me that went throw law school and locked up 100K Job, but it was me that got deployed, TWICE, and helped put here thru school. It was me that supported us the last 6 years and it was me that made sure she owes $0 in student loans when she graduates law school.

That being said, I do own a 3000sq Ft House and live very comfortable. A "good bank" guessing that means you got some coin in your pocket.. savings, I'm no millionaire but 26 months of deployment to the box of TAX FREE COIN does grow.. Invested over $40,000 in silver back when it was $8.75 an Oz in late 2008 and have roughly 4500 oz still and were at $34 an oz.. do the math. like I said Im no millionaire but I can live comfortable..

Accomplish more than me by 30??.. Son I was kicking in doors in Tikrit when I was 20 years old, performing tactical interrogations on hajjiis sewing IEDs into 6 year old street beggar kids.. 97E Human Intel Collection.. Went on my 2nd Deployment to Ramadi and Fallujah when I was 22..

I have no idea why you would take offense to the comment I made when it obviously wasn't directed at you when you hadn't even posted in the thread and I had never seen you post on the board to begin with.

As for what you said, I respect the fact you decided to join the military, but honestly, that kind of stuff isn't for everyone. I would never want to be involved in a war that was basically just a financial gains war and wasn't something I really believed in.

There are two types of soldiers I think. Some do it for financial gain, some do it because it is what they believe in and it is in their blood. I obviously respect the latter more so.

I actually guarantee that anyone who is intelligent would agree with me. Here is the exact situation.

One poster claims that a 170 is in the 99%
I post a link that shows that 170 is in the 97%
Another poster claims that my 170 is made up because there is no way that I could get a 170 using the prep package on that website.

First of all, I know some pretty smart people who don't use preps and still score over 170, so the entire logic is horrible to begin with, but to assume that I used a certain prep site just because I used a link to confirm the LSAT conversation ratio is downright laughable.

There is no way you are really in law school if this is the kind of reasoning you practice.

You should have considered the scope of the discussion. I posted the link solely for conversion chart and never even mentioned anything about the online review.

And you're also forgetting that there are people out there who have scored above 170 without even taking practice tests.

If your girl had to take this very expensive class just to get a 162, maybe that's her, but that doesn't mean other people can't score higher doing very little. I have a friend who scored a 175 and I doubt he studied much because that's just who he is. I took a ton of practice tests to get my 170.

I did however want to increase my own education and pay for it with out going into debt.. What you call accomplishing things may be very different. Just cause you don't want to serve, doesn't mean the people who do haven't accomplished more in a 12 month deployment that you will probably in a lifetime. You just won't know, unless you have successfully accomplished this task.
