I have a buddy that works in the Houston front office, mind you he's no big executive, but he has a front office job, he has privy to all sorts of info, some of what he shares with me.

This much is true, Bautista is one of the players that is on the frequent testing program.
He's clean.

I'm just gonna hint at the obvious here, HGH stands for Human Growth Hormone..Does he really look much bigger at all than when he was with the pirates? certainly seems to have escaped my attention if he does.

Correct. However, baseballs players don't take it to get huge, although that is possible if that is what they want.

What you are missing is that baseball players take HGH in order to recover quicker. Instead of a normal human who can't play great for the day game after the night game because he's tired, Bautista can hit a couple home runs because he's never tired. If taken properly, HGH causes your muscles to recover quicker and increases your fast twitch muscle fibers. Consequently, the guy is never tired and has bat speed that is unrivaled by mere mortals. However, he doesn't look huge because that is not what he is trying to get out of it. It's all about dosage.
