even when Pinnacle is up you can get better odds there for straight bets
and Betfair would also be a solid option for times like this

Upd: the fact they were working for some subnets shows that they are started to cut active botnet ip-addresses. So if you can't access site from you provider - it is fault of you and other people who don't pay enough attention to what happening on their computer.

In this case Pinnacle don't have any responsability

No, it is not. If it is so impossible for Pinnacle or anyone to protect themselves, why are banks not being hit daily?

My take on it is that Pinnacle is just ******* cheap and don't want to spend on proper counter measures.

It's clear that DDOS attack is really annoying, but as far as i'm concerned, and i think that's the case for many other persons too, i'm not only moaning because of that particular occasion: that's a general discontent coz problems of connexions are too frequent on Pinny. No, it only affects site response time (from being slow to going down at all, like yesterday). I'm almost sure that problems with access to pinnacle during last months were also because of ddos attacks, they were just not that powerfull.
