was using them about an hour ago and didn't notice any announcement of maintenance downtime

down for me too, that's really annoying and unfortunately that happens too often, really too often. Pinny is my favourite book, but one must be realistic: Pinnacle is certainly the best book in terms of odds, but "technically" that's one of the worst that exists. they're victim of their success, i mean there are too many connexions at the same time on Pinny, and they don't do the necessary improvements to be able to "welcome" this high number of connexions... They have to do something technically... Enough is enough with all these problems of connexion...

well this isn't quite usual
which makes me think it is likely a planned maintenance issue or a DOS attack as normally I can get them back up within a few minutes
but yes you should always have funds with other books anyway

I hope that after today they'll realize something has really to be done. Ok it's clear that usually problems of connexions are not as long, but they're really frequent. Every time i contact them to inform them connexion on Pinnacle is awful, it's impossible to access the website, i always receive the same answer: "....please delete cookies..." And blablabla..... Everytime i explain them the problem doesn't come from my computer , but from their website. I easily surf everyday on hundreds of websites, Pinnacle is the only one on which i have frequent problems of connexion...
