Looks like you don't know much about ddos and protection against it, there are different types of such attacks, and if it is some kind of flood, the only thing that counts is provider bandwith (and quality of their admins). Both can be overpowered by huge amount of traffic, which is hundreds times bigger, than usual one.

It is not pinnacle fault, that they are down, no one (again, NO ONE) could repel well-organized ddos attack. Current level of botnets allow to put offline literally any site on the net (well, probably except google which have thousands of servers in a lot of countries).

So just be patient and let them do their work, they are suffering much more than you from this attack.

Upd: the fact they were working for some subnets shows that they are started to cut active botnet ip-addresses. So if you can't access site from you provider - it is fault of you and other people who don't pay enough attention to what happening on their computer.

Yep they are pretty good,no downtime on any sites hosted and p or protected by them,there are several others but i guess that Pinny can't and doesnt like to have thier server on American soil and Prolexic as well as other leaders in that field are mostlya US based either at FLA or Texas.
