Everyone looking for airfare sign up for Travelzoo email alerts. Got on the other day that I did not jump on but out of Philly its normally ~550-700 for airfare but they had a deal for 700 flat that included the dates we were going NONSTOP AIR, AND 7 NIGHTS HOTEL. Obviously you only need 5 nights but that is a load of saving if you are going for more than just the weekend.

I know that we're getting reimbursed up to $300 for the flight... what about hotel or anything else? Flight is damn expensive from my neighbourhood, that's why I'm asking.

More details will be out in a couple of weeks. We are reserving rooms and getting all the details worked out.

It a good idea to come early. Im the worst tour talker in the country... I know how to get from my condo to the office and I know where you can get strong coffee along that route. Sbr, I think u should have a early pre run sign up to see how many will really go to CR with the expensive and traveling times. Reading thru this thread, looks like everyone would rather do Vegas again. I would rather have 100 people in Vegas then 25 in CR.

500-700 airfare.

Vegas airfare 200-400

Really just about 300-400 more out of posters pocket for an amazing adventure!
