    Dwight's Famous jalepeno hot sauce
I dug up some old pics from 2008 to share.

    Get some fresh Jalapenos
    1/2 cup diced onions
    4 or 5 garlic cloves
    pinch salt
splash of vegetable oil or olive oil

    • cut up the Jalapenos or leave whole (discard seeds if you don't like too much heat)
    • dice an med onion
    • peels 5 garlic cloves
    • add to hot pot with a table spoon of oil and pinch of salt
    • stir for 10 minutes
    • add a cup of water
    • let cook on med heat for 20-25 minutes
    • put in blender and add it vinegar while blending.
    • lasts for 6 months or more in the fridge
