Get some fresh Jalapenos
1/2 cup diced onions
4 or 5 garlic cloves
pinch salt
splash of vegetable oil or olive oil








Get some fresh Jalapenos

- cut up the Jalapenos or leave whole (discard seeds if you don't like too much heat)
- dice an med onion
- peels 5 garlic cloves
- add to hot pot with a table spoon of oil and pinch of salt
- stir for 10 minutes
- add a cup of water
- let cook on med heat for 20-25 minutes
- put in blender and add it vinegar while blending.
- lasts for 6 months or more in the fridge
