Sharpest numbers the books put out all year, totals included. It's why books promo it to death. Hey, I get it, we all love football, but it is tougher now to beat than ever before. Books have hired all the quants to burn numbers for them.
Good luck everyone. Stay back from the NFL if you can help it. At least college you have a little chance if you follow teams closely.

Most time for lines schedules are set way in advance people get killed yet every year people get all excited about it smh
The numbers are not sharp. There is a way to beat the NFL. Start first by picking winners. If you can't pick winners you have no business in betting the NFL.
This is not an accurate statement. At all.
It's not about picking winners, if you believe it is, then you cannot possibly win long term. You have to bet into the right numbers that are +EV on two fronts. One, being the right pointspread, and two, not paying too much juice.
Same recycled garbage I’ve read all summer. None of you ever beat the closing lines and the rare times you do you still end up losing anyway. People lose the most on football cuz you actually have to know wtf is going on. Both in the betting markets and on the field. Especially on the field. The lines are the “sharpest” for football cuz it’s the easiest for people that know the game. Just stick to baseball and randomly betting a side or total cuz of the way a certain line moved or ended up being priced. You have any idea how many times I won in football over the years “getting a bad line”??? Twice as many times as I lost “getting a bad line” I’ve won by the hook more than anyone I’ve ever seen and I don’t sit here and watch a screen and type on a calculator all day.

Well you have a 50/50 chance no matter what the line is if the line is too sharp go the opposite way
Nothing has changed, the three most common data points remain 37,44,41, the most common end result still remains 20-17, and the most common lines are still 3,4,6, and 7.
Oh, .500 or better teams still defeat sub .500 teams 70 percent (give or take) of the time.
The common Joe likes to bet 'dogs, that hasn't changed much either, and that's why the common Joe is a loser.
It's not that complicated.

idk why people make NFL out to be this undefeatable beast and cant profit off it. imo its by far the easiest compared to MLB & NBA. MLB is almost impossible. and NBA gets just as toxic to bet on as baseball.
Oh, you can profit from it, but you'll have little to no edge in the NFL. It's a slow bleed. Books know it. They'll take anyone's action up to 22K which is a joke in itself compared to the no limits like years past. Horseshoe would take a mil bet no prob. Binion had no fear.

Ya that's my point, why is nfl considered so hard compared to other sports .books set the line and we pick a side, just like other sports. Average Joe's like me lose because we get careless with our winnings, bad money management, parlays and chasing.best way to win big on football is futures.pick a couple teams and invest throughout the year. whether it be Conference ,Division or Super Bowl
which honestly im fine with. 99% of your "edge" is on the cappers knowledge of the sport & betting good numbers. the rest will unfold and if you do that consistently over x amount of bets you will be successful more times than not. if you are betting NFL or sports in general and you arent practicing these things i dont think you should profit or have any other built-in edge outside of putting in the work.
