i knew someone would say that - flutie cannot hold a candle to this guy.

Kyler is the best sub 6 foot QB in the history of tackle football.

Being the geek that I am, I just spent twenty minutes analyzing Murray's career in Arizona, paying close attention to his and the Cardinals best year, last season, the 2021 season.

I'll cut to the chase, all things considered, looking at everything with a level head, this is my conclusion.

Overall, Murray is a mediocre QB. If you look at his ugly losses this season, mediocre is a very fair assessment.

In 2021, all his across the board metrics were middle of the pack, 11th here, 20th there, and every other category, middle of the pack.
He averaged 30 yards a game rushing, pretty much what Mahomes, Jackson, and a couple of other QB's, including (do I dare say his name)
    Daniel Jones.

If Bill Parcells is correct, and you really are what your record says you are, Murray is a 25-27-1 QB, on an average team, with average talent.

Kyler is supposed to be a good ball player. He did get drafted by the A's.

i think his baseball window is closing fast. would be 26 next yr, while starting out in the minors, working on outfield skills. then again, the A's are a desperate team and they hold his rights, so could see them using a 29 year old rookie at some point down the line
