Well just a few months ago, I get a letter in the mail with a check for about $600 that I had left over in the account. I had forgotten about it. Good deal on their part. Played there 10 years never an issue but did see him snap once in chat. Had to escalate to him once when regular customer service just wouldn't listen to me when telling them they graded a bet wrong and I should not have won. He snapped in chat with me until he realized I wasn't looking for money but instead to have it deleted so balance would be correct. He apologized for snapping and gave me any 2 rewards I wanted on my account so I always had the reduced juice and 7th and 8th on the house rewards. His book had everything a degenerate could ever want.
