Just because there are 10,000 (or whatever number) of people dying sometime after taking the vaccine does not establish causation. These are not verified cases with causes of death established. So if you hear your cousin Johnny suddenly died of a heart attack and you think "gosh, I had no idea I thought he was healthy" you're probably going to jump to "musta been the vaccine".
