    It stopped when started eating better. Foam in pee can be from eating too much protein. I must of ate at least 200 grams a day of protein

    Plant based can be good. I enjoy meat but I don't eat it like crazy and I certainly don't eat much red meat.

    Full 20 oz soda a day. + Ice cream and cookies. Then BBQ sauce ketchup ect. All the hidden sugars. Also usually eat a ton of pizza dough and potato chips.

    Was on a 2 pounds boiled chicken + 2 pounds broccoli per day diet for 2 weeks. Water and black coffee only. Wanted to cut a little. It was extremely hard but managed to pull it off. You'll feel disgusted even by the smallest amount of added sugar. Obviously nothing you can do for an extended period of time. I'd say 2 weeks is the most I could do - chicken and broccoli that is, the sugar thing is not that big of a deal.

    Here is my 2 week detox diet.

    Blueberries and blackburries for breakfast.

    Banana peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives for lunch.

    Boston lettuce, kiwis, mangos for dinner

    Drink tap water between meals except a spicy ginger ale right before going to bed.

    I do this daily for 2 weeks and then I feel great!

    Goddam, yeah, cut that out, gradually. How about starting with no more soda. Try that for a couple weeks. Then you won't miss it. Then cut back the ice cream and cookies in half. And so forth.

    Why boiled in particular? No grill? Chicken and broccoli is fine, but a little variety helps too.

    That's virtually no protein. You do need some protein. Add least add in some avocado or eggs or cheese or something.
