    They’re not taking our money and running but we don’t know what exactly is going on either. This is gonna be a 36 hour maintenance as it stands now, and what is the reason? Are they changing hands and gonna be completely different? What should we expect? What’s going on? Etc etc. Of course we get no answers here at the premier offshore sportsbook monitoring website per the usual

    I think it was about 2 days. At the time I also had money in heritage so the wait wasn’t super crucial to me but I think it was about 2 days. However if you just got to get down on something coming up I would fund somewhere else for the time being if you can.

    Bookmaker is part of the CRIS group, which is massive in latin America. They (and your balance) is not going anywhere.
    Bookmaker/CRIS and their skins are the strongest of all the CR based books, by FAR.

    Aren't there supposed to be higher-ups that work for SBR that are supposed to be trying to figure this out for us? I know BM posted they would be having maintenance for a while, but the delays and lack of updates are EXTREMELY worrisome. I always see those Mods like Opti or whoever acting like god's gift to these books and preaching to all of us about their connections and knowledge of the inner working of these operations, yet when shit like this goes down it's total crickets from them except for the "They've been around forever and will be back" line. But the truth is, these fukking guys don't have any more ideas about what is going on than we do. They just love the fact that we suckle at their teats for information. I'm fukking pissed off too, not for the site being down, but the lack of transparency about it. FUKKED UP big time

    I think after 24 hours BAS at least had a mirror you could log into.

    BM said on Twitter yesterday that it would “absolutely” be up that day. People over there are freaking out man! I don’t think they’re gonna go dark but it would just be nice to know what’s taking so long, and why someone as reputable as them has to do this all on their main site in real time and doesn’t have a mirror where they can prepare this better

    Absolutely, no problem whatsoever if it takes them longer than expected, but just tell us that. Don't put up some vague, generic "Sorry" message on your site that looks like my 5th grade nephew made in computer class. Let us know what changes we can expect to see, or an honest progress report. I love that they gave us warning about the maintenance for weeks, but the fact that they've known they were going to do this for weeks and still cannot figure it out is fukked up
