    MyBookie- Payout Declined

I’ve been using my bookie for years and never had any issues. Today I was playing slots and hit a nice jackpot. I went to withdrawal and I kept getting “payment declined” with no error code. I have screen shots of that and the chats.

Once I asked for help, I could no longer receive text message verification and was told I was unsubscribed. Now, I can’t even get a payout request in.

I have always enjoyed this site, and I am willing to delete this complaint once my payout is completed.

Please help me get paid the money I fairly won.

As crooked as it gets. I went on a huge run with them a few years back and had to fight them to get my money out. They gave me the run around. I finally got all my money out after talking to a manager daily for over 2 weeks.

I am happy with bookmaker and heritage. No hassles and even better than the local books in nj.

The better question is, why haven't you "filed" this complaint in the correct spot so it can get looked into?

Jibby it seems lots of issues are multi accounts/bonuses and casino issues

Its a very big book but I would only keep balances small there and take no bonus

If you watch all of the complaints about MyBookie, these are clearly not the only reasons MyBookie tries to steal funds. Please stop making excuses for this shit book.

With all due respect, this is not the way things should work. Everyone benefits from having a historical record of disputes with sportsbooks - both good and bad experiences. If your case turns out to be legitimate and MyBookie makes good on it, then there should be no concern. In fact, every positive experience would serve to help in rehabilitating their image.

I got my first payout today. Thanks for the comments everyone. They did make good on at least the first bit, so they deserve credit for it. Going to keep working on getting the rest.

    Best.

    What was the issue?

Did you ever have a problem loggin into your account?

I’m currently having a similar issue, and my account is currently disabled right now.

Good for you getting the 1st installment.

Why would you give credit to someone making a baby step towards rectifying
a situation that should have never occurred?

I think when you win in the casino, you can only take out $2,000 at a time.

Never had a rollover. Never had issues logging in. Had trouble getting text codes and had to email the cashier directly. Submitted for $5k, it was changed to $2k, approved and paid.

So your issue was simply that you were requesting the $5k max payout stated on the site, which doesn't apply if you have casino winnings? Or was there some other issue on top of this?

Thanks. And glad it's getting sorted out for you.
